raye hThe truck smelt horribly of weed. I couldn’t breath properly and left with my clothes smelling awful and a terrible headache from the smell. I even found the wrapper to a blunt in the cup holder.
Mariela AWe returned the truck on a Sunday. It wasn’t clear where the drop off box was so we drove around the gas station, first missing the box. We called the number on the contract and received a fax machine. We redialed to try again and the same thing happened. Eventually we walked around and found the box.

Scott ALocation is old ceiling pealing and the gentleman hadn’t prepared vehicle and tow equipment despite seeing me in the system they had to check equipment in from prior rental before I could check it out and was on Emoty I purchased $80 gas and got just a $17 credit. Having used U-Haul exclusively for years this experience which took over an hour to collect vehicle has turned me off . V unhappy

PAUL MChecking in to pick up moving truck was INSANE!!! I had to call customer service and talked to 3 or 4 people and FINALLY found one that was able to check out. The website is not user friendly at all. I will compliment the patience from 2 of the customer service employees. After 1 hour it was finally done. I hope I NEVER have to deal with uhaul again.

John HMake sure you have paperwork for customer. Have someone check the vehicle before giving to customer. Answer the phone. Please respond when dispatch write you telling you about your vehicles.
Latisha HI had to pay well over $300 for a one day rental, and due to a .99 cent per mile rule; I knew it all before, but I still feel like that price was rediculous.
MARTIN JMy reservation didn’t show up on their system and then they redid my reservation and didn’t pick a drop off location, making more work for me. I spent 2 hours trying to get my reservation fixed so I could turn the Uhaul in. On top of that, the truck interior was dirty with residue and not to the appropriate levels for gas.
