Staff came out and returned the rental for me. Very helpful.
Beatrice DI told the young man that I was moving a freezer and if truck had a ramp he said yes but when I got to Home Depot it wasn't a ramp attached it to the truck at all so I had to get 2 more guys to get the freezer off the truck which means more money to be paid out.. Please if you say that's what the truck has please give the customer what they pay for.

Maria OThis location seems shady, the truck was dirty inside and out, service warnings for the brakes and other systems. When we came back two hours later the shop was closed and had to use the app to return which we didn't like. We took pictures because we didn't feel comfortable.

William NI was overcharged a complete day and when I called and left a long voicemail explaining it I never received a call back. I dropped the truck off at least 30 minutes early but no one was at the office. I locked the truck up and left the keys in the designated drop box. Then I tried to return the truck digitally but it would never go through. So I left to return home. 5-6 days later I received my detailed invoice and it shows I returned it 39 minutes late and I was charged a complete extra day. I think this is bullshit. Then I received the truck completely filthy and with 5/8 tank of gas and returned it much cleaner than I received it because I had it washed and with 5/8 tank of fuel but was for some reason charged $15 for fuel. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Rob BWe did not have the best experience with the 10ft Uhual truck we rented from this location. Just before getting home, the low pil pressure light went on. The gauge went from zero to 80. I called and text the Walzem office and they sent me an email with pho e numbers to contact someone for assistance. We were held up almost 4 hours that morning. The service man that came to help was excellent. It was determined the oil gauge was not working but there was oil in the truck and no sign of low pressure. Things looked good it was said, so we continued on our 1400 mile trip to Ohio Thank God we had no problems enroute but when we went to return the truck in Ohio the engine light went on. I made the manager aware.

Mike LThe truck I rented was given to me with a near empty tank, the steering wheel was cockeyed and the steering wasn’t super straight, there was a constant buzzing sound in the cab. Because things weren’t kept up on this truck, there was a lot of struggle with it. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I also got charged $60 more than what the receipt said I was supposed to

ROLANDO Gthis guys voicemail is poorly down and completely unprofessional- i spoke to him about the gas problem and he said maam thats your problem and uhuals problem. This is crazy. 11 miles documented total miles and someone is trying to convince me 11 miles is 4 gallons of gas used. no way

VERONICA KThis U Haul dealer was helpful in getting me the unit I needed although I had to drive an extra 50miles out of my way to get it. The dealer I was supposed to pick it up at did not have the trailer I reserved available and had no idea who I was when I arrived.
