Myrline SI would recommend this location only because of the proximity to where I work. I would not recommend it otherwise since there was no one there at the posting opening time nor 30 after that time. I rented a 6’x12’ trailer and if two other male customers (who were also waiting on the personnel to open the business)had not been there, I would not have been able to get the trailer off my hitch and back to work. There was another set of customers who were waiting to get a rental also. Not very professional business owners.

I was really impressed with her professionalism in multitasking and getting me everything i needed and handling her other costumers. 10 outta 10 will be back here for ALL my future UHaul needs! highly recommend this place. i got caught in traffic trying to return and didnt have it back by time we said i would and she said it was no problem! i really liked that they gave me some extra time on my return and i was able to relax in traffic when returning.
Ryan BUnit was not available locally. Made reservation well in advance. Customer service told me it was policy and I could just cancel or drive 23 miles to pick up unit. That location took almost 45 minutes to complete the rental agreement due to computer/internet issue. Very disappointed. When I got to pick up location they had no moving blankets or supplies. Then had to drive back to get those. Worst uhaul experience I’ve had. Customer service did nothing, very disappointing. Could at least offered to compensate me for my time and inconvenience.
Brad FPut a jack on the 6x12 trailer to make it easier to hook up and unhook multiple times during a 3 day rental…jacks only cost $50-$60. My back is killing me from lifting that thing so much……

Sondra VImprove the navigation on your website it was little difficult to do so since it automatically went Spanish language. Way to more steps to complete the reservation. A few times had to redo a few steps. But overall your website was satisfactory.

Samuel SWorked with me to pickup and drop off rental outside of normal business hours do to time constraints of my own. Great people friendly staff. I am glad to have U-Haul back in our local community and I will personally use this location in the future any time I have a need.
Greg DWasn't happy that my rental at the original facility was unavailable when I went to pick it up. I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to the place I ultimately rented from. Killed an hour and a half of my time and about $30 in wasted fuel.
Ronald DWipers were no good on vehicle and got caught in the rain. Was also wrongfully charged for fuel.
Jose HThis location was 20 miles out of my way. I ended up with a mileage charge because of this. The Location was closed so I had to just drop off. The next day I get a bill for the mileage and fuel charge. We stopped 6 blocks from the location and filled to the appropriate level and they still charged me. No way to get this corrected now. Very unhappy with the service. I would like someone with U-haul to contact me at 713-540-7878. Mike Jones.

ROGER CNo complaints with this location at all. I do have a complaint with U-Haul. I sat and entered ALL the information needed to rent a trailer...including Credit Card info, make and model of vehicle to pull the trailer...everything you could possibly think of......on the Internet. When I got to the local dealer to pick up the trailer, I had to sit there AGAIN while she re-entered all the info, because U-Haul's website doesn't save it. An extra 20 minutes or so delay, because U-Haul evidently has nobody smart enough to program their dealer's website to do so. Unheard of nonsense in this day of technology.

sondra tWe returned the truck with a full fuel tank but was charged $31.20 for additional fuel. What a scam. This experience, if not resolved by U-Haul, will be shared with many friends and business associates (and on social media). as possible
Tim HDropping off a trailer with no one on site is a little unsettling. Would be nice if the online drop off could be used for trailers as well as for trucks.

Betty FFirst of all, the location was an hour's drive away. There should have been a way to get the equipment at a closer location. Second, when we needed to get the trailer hooked up to the moving truck, there were other trucks blocking the way and I had to go find the woman who was showing a portable building and ask her to move a truck. There was no one to help with hooking the trailer up. Thank God my boyfriend knows how to do it or I'd have been unable to move!
JOHN LThe employees were very very nice and welcoming and did everything they could to get the order to work. There was a lot of computer/laptop technical errors and problems they worked through till they had the order to accept. We arrived near closing hours. They helped attached the trailer to our truck and told us we are good to go. 30 miles away we began to drop the trailers hydraulic jack and it failed, especially once the car weight was on it. It was rusted and took two of us to turn. We eventually had to use my hydraulic jack to lift and lower the trailer. Once we got the car on the trailer we unfastened the tire straps from the reel to find the right strap had been cut off. So the employees failed to quality check their equipment. We were on a time constraint so we used the left wheel strap and the attached chains to get on our way as we are already behind our schedule.

Joe LClerk in DeQuincy was not very knowledgeable, I had trouble with Andrea in reservations getting me what I needed on the correct day. I had to go to Lake Charles to get an Auto Transport, then I had to go a 3rd location to get an appliance dolly which used up 1/2 my day.
