Beside having to go over 1h30 further than I was supposed to go and that debit wasn't available for paying compared to the drop off was available....this meant going to the bank...another 30 minutes more, when the drop off did take debit......and now the 100$extra that I had to pay will be sent to me by check.....a little angry. Keep everything the same at all locations and when you promise a truck at a location you presume that it will be there not over an hour moreSuzanne G.

The trailer light connector was damaged and non-functional. Luckily it was at a automotive garage where I was picking it up and they were able to re-wire the harness.Stephen D.

Called the u-haul 800 line and recorded a drop off without returning as per my other comment. U-haul was very accommodating. Called and verified drop off was good on Monday a.m.Kevin T.
I had to clean the truck as it had broken glass inside. There is a sticker inside that stipulates a charge will apply if vehicle is not clean...well I want that money since they did not care about the next customer. Worst experience yet with U-Haul.Claude M.

Re: VÃ©hicule non disponible ce qui nous a causÃ© bien des problÃ¨mes en raison d'un dÃ©placement extÃ©rieur avec 2 voitures au lieu d'une seul tel que prÃ©vu dans le contrat. I went 2 weeks in advance to rent my uhaul for a quick move from one house to another in the same town. The day before the move I found out I had to drive 40 mins out of town to pick up the uhaul. I dealt with 2 dealerships and both ladies were very nice and helpful. But, they did not have much to work with. We picked up the uhaul and it took about 30-40 mins. When we returned it to the garage where we were to drop it off, central had not scheduled the drop off at the right place, so the lady had to call to have the contract closed. We waited in her office for 1hr and 40mins with her on hold and finally she just hung up and she let us leave and she contacted me later in the afternoon with the bill amount. I lost a lot of time and because we had to pick it up out of town and drive it down ourselves the price went up very fast. Very unsatisfied.Crystal M.
