CHARLES Rlocation was closed at drop off....but the box for key drop was as said by employee when i called to ask if drop off was possible while closed.

Danny SRep was very friendly and apologetic that I was forced to take a larger vehicle than the one I had reserved. I was disappointed to not be offered a discount as the much larger vehicle burned more fuel and likely cost between $30 to $40 dollars more to refuel.

REAL DThe service was good, the truck had 4 season tires and we are in Canada so we need winter tires on truck. It's the reason I don't found the equipment adequate for us. In Canada we need winter tires.

Carrie RI asked her a question clear on drop off location And I said I want to drop off the rental at joliette only one Mille from my house she tell they will confirm with me when I get there I go further to said I don’t want to drive I lot off miles to drop off and have U-Haul charge me she answered me if you drive some milles more they will not charge you for that they pretty good on that I drive 20 milles from my place to the drop off location U-Haul provide me and they want charge me for 10 miles I am sorry this is U-Haul milles not my milles I can’t pay for that I drive 10 milles less than what I have Thanks

bertin lThis trailer leaked very badly. It didnt matter for what i was moving but for someone who was moving boxes,they would have been water damaged for sure.

Ryan JI originally booked a 15 foot truck. Central dispatch downgraded me to a 10 foot, a size the local office hadn't had in stock for months, if not years and I ended up with a cargo van. The local office was superb, Central dispatch, not so much.

Claude Bdrop off was quick and easy
steve mThe truck was stuck in the snow at the rental place. All frozen and full of snow. It put us 1 hour behind and prevented us from returning the uhaul the same day at the drop off location. Therefore the drop off location charges us two days even if we returned it the same day but after closing hours. Very disappointed with the pickup location, very disorganized.
paul lWash the truck and make sure the back is clean and ready for service. Winter tires would go a long way to operate your vehicles safely.

DANIELLE SNo improvements at all. Stella is top notch. My husband is older and she ALWAYS ensures he’s hooked up properly and safe before leaving. My only suggestion is maybe “Give her something For Christmas to show you appreciate her” or a raise is always nice even if it’s a bit. It always costs more to train and hire new people. She’s very professional. We used uhaul lots at her location this year. She’s very customer oriented. Kudos to her!!
