We had some trouble returning the trailer, because the app didn't let us upload the photo. We tried all our phones, but finally managed to do it with the help of a pedestrian. Please support Android better, the upload only worked on Iphone...Raphael S.

Il n'y avait personne sur place pour me donner mon vÃ©hicule. Lorsque la personne est arrivÃ©e quelques dizaines de minutes plus tard, elle ne trouvait pas ma rÃ©servation. Son attitude Ã©tait hostile. On m'a dit d'aller louer ailleurs si je n'Ã©tais pas content. Le vÃ©hicule n'avait pas Ã©tÃ© nettoyÃ©. Il y avait des chips et des cigarettes.philippe C.

WAITED 65 MINUTES ( from 08h to 9h05) saturday to get my contract after I had pinned the trailer myself. Hady man very courteous and helped with pinnig verification and paperwork acceleration. I hate your system of return of equipment after hours : could not log, could not set an account : even after waiting 55 minutes un line to get technical help , a very courteous and technician could not help me with your after hour returnMichel L.
The service that was offered to us was absolutely disgusting. We were told we had to go pickup our uhaul over an hour away from our original location. This is not at all the service you advertised. On top of this, while we were driving, my wallet slipped through a crack in the center console and it fell through to the road on the highway. Because of your vehicle, I lost my credit card, bank card, drivers license and health cards. There is a crack big enough to slip my hand into, and it goes straight to the engine. I lost my wallet when it slipped though the crack in your center console while we were driving on the highway. Overall awful experience. Would never recommend to a friend.Jazmin H.

Just respect the online reservation. We had to call to the location and had to make the changes directly with them instead of following tje 1-800 phone call that didn't resolved anything but the guy that is working in the local u-haul made it all possible. Friendly, helpful service. Cab interior not very clean, some items and grime left in cup holders for example, but as it was a utility truck, it didn't bother me.Johanna H.

Check engine was on after less than 1 mile. I had to turn back. Apparently not a problem but I should have been warned. The tank was under half-full. I only noticed 1 or so miles after I left the 2nd time. I was in a hurry so did not return to the garage. I returned the truck with gas tank a bit over 1/2 full. The side mirrors were filthy. As it was a sunny day, I could not see when I tried to move back with the sun behind me. I had to clean them. The seat in the middle had food or something on it. Mike, at the counter, was very nice. This was my first experience with U-Haul so I can't compare so I picked average as I have to pick one to send this review. I will return for a second chance but will make sure all is as it should be before I leave. As for a recommendation to a friend it will come with my criticisms. The price is very good.Jessica K.

Nous Ã©tions supposÃ©s rÃ©cupÃ©rer Ã Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil mais la dame au garage nous a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas reÃ§u le camion 20'... rendu Ã 16h30. Nous avons dÃ» faire 2 fois 1h de route pour aller rÃ©cupÃ©rer un camion Ã Bromont. Disons que j'aurais aimÃ© le savoir d'avance, pas en arrivant au garage 30 minutes avant la fermeture. Heureusement le gentil monsieur du Garage MjM de Bromont est restÃ© aprÃ¨s la fermeture de son garage, un vendredi soir. Merci monsieur, excellent service de votre part.Steve C.
