Andrea JEverything went very smoothly would have liked to have kept the lock that was on the back of the truck so that I could have kept my truck locked I was told by the online assistant who helped me pick up the truck after hours to place the lock under the water tank hope it was retrieved but would have liked to have kept it Wasn't sure if I was charged for that lock or not I had asked for a lock and was told there would be one on the back of the truck but was not allowed to keep it
Kathryn JThe app is unreasonably time consuming. When I returned the vehicle, I took all the required photos then advanced to the next screen. Poof. All the photos were gone. So, I took a video to document the condition of the returned vehicle.

Joseph MGood, except in retrieving the key to the truck. Did not receive a code to unlock the box holding the key. Fortunately for me, the box was not locked securely and opened easily. Also, did not receive the furniture dolly I requested.
Michael BThe trailer worked and pulled great for the most part but it was dangerous and could literally kill someone. The inertia brakes on this trailer did not work whatsoever. I did not realize that they didn’t work until I was already loaded down and starting my 700 mile trip. It was terrifying driving through the mountains and Dallas traffic without being able to stop quickly. I could literally accelerate faster than I could slow down. If I would have had to slam on my brakes I would have been screwed and it could have killed me or worse a family or cause a pileup that killed several more people. Please redline this trailer until it is fixed and please maintain your trailers to avoid that happening ever. Thankfully I have a ton of experience pulling trailers so I was able to make it to my destination without issue, but all it would take is someone that didn’t know what they were doing and it could end up very badly. Things happen very quickly on the road and not being able to slow down or stop in time is extremely dangerous and not to be taken lightly. Also I would highly recommend having the option on every trailer to have a 7 pin connector with electric brakes for the people that have trailer brake controllers on their trucks, those are much safer and reliable. I know y’all don’t want to spend that kind of money to upgrade your trailers but would y’all rather your trailer be the reason a family of 5 dies? For any potential renters that may read this, please check your trailer to ensure the brakes work before starting your trip. Please take the 5 minutes to get up to speed and hit your brakes to see if they work before starting your trip. You’ll be able to tell if they are working or not. It could literally save your life.
COLTON EThe pick up and drop off location was crappy! No lighting and no one there to help you when the uhaul app isn't working. This was seriously my worse experience with uhaul before.
LORIE WSteering was loose, AC wasn't as cold as it should've been.
Jeffrey BTrailer has an overhead style door, a couple rollers on it are missing, the bearings are shot on the majority of the others. Needs a rebuild. All the sticker and paint look real bad on the trailer box, doesn’t represent the Uhaul name in a good light.

Cody PUhaul agent told me when I asked for help to load my car on a transport she told me I was on my own. My friend and I didn’t know how to load my car on the trailer. I finally got help but it was piss poor customer service.

Heather LPickup schedule in Boyd, checked few days earlier and they had truck but wouldn’t hold it if someone wants it. Business decision. Rescheduled with Garcia for pickup ahead of time. Garcia took care of me. Great company would recommend. Boyd pickup wouldn’t recommend. Contacted uhaul about experience at Boyd and was told owner was 3party and could be pulled.
Ronald SYou guys asked me to take a trailer with me to Kilgore Tx and I agreed. You failed to tell me I would have to get the trailer at another location(out of my way). Truck had half a tank. Tried to do right and bring it back at half but brought it back at 3/4 do to bad gauges. So did you a favor went out of my way at my expense and put $20 more gas than needed so I won’t be using U haul again

Diana MI rent uhaul s frequently throughout the year. I choose this location because of their great customer service, ease of transaction and proximity to me. For this rental I chose to pay extra mileage to deal with folks I’m familiar with.
Terri EI've tried renting a car dolly and a truck three times twice U-Haul has sent me to a different location, the second time to two different locations. Failed to get me into something and not living up to there guaranteed reservation or get $50. Don't advertise something and not follow through

Luther BNotifying a family that’s in the middle of moving from one state to another the day before the packing/move to inform them that their nearest truck is 40 miles in one direction is unacceptable. Reservations were made three weeks in advance at our local U-Haul. Have used U-Haul over the last 30 years, will never use them again.
