the service was terrible, i stay in Mississippi and the made me drive all the way to Alabama to even pick up equipment. Got the run around when trying to get the key out the lockbox took 2 hours for me to actually get the key after talking to 5 different customer service reps. Then when i returned the equipment I made sure that the gas was on what it was on when i got it, now they are trying to charge me 45 for gas. Service is unacceptable

I was given the option for in-person pick up and requested that option. Upon arrival, no one was on site and the location was clearly not consistent with what was represented online. The truck had some issues which couldn't be addressed since no one was present. I reserved 4 dozen furniture pads online and none were with the truck. Again, this couldn't be rectified. But for the fine efforts of telephone support, I would have walked away from this and prayed for another option.

glen SmithI think when returning items it should be a person there. When I returned my rental no one was there. Then after fueling the truck to the same place I received it I received a charged to my card saying they had to purchase gas. This place is a complete rip off and should be closed down. Cell number to place doesn’t even work.
kaylyn norwoodWork on UHAUL customer relations when we call...the 2nd person I personally talked to was over the top rude. I work with the public and if I were to talk to one of my patrons the way she started off with me, I would be reprimanded. The Garden Spot needs to have a working phone number.
Donn TarpleyAsk for better communication from the owner. Office was not opened when it stated that it was scheduled to be open. Had to speak with customer service for 30 minutes to get the information needed to access keys. Phone number for the location did not work.
