I understand that this is just a drop off point, and we did it after hours so there's not much to do to improve it. We are grateful for the closer location to drop off, so we didn't have to pay additional mileage and fuel.

David S.Drove all the way out to Gardner (25 minutes from my home). Got there and they didn't have the ball I had reserved. Had to drive to auto store and buy a $40.00 ball. Got everything hooked up and lights didn't connect. The lady trying to help me had customers at the gas station and couldn't do it all! She called the boss, I got on the phone and he was incredibly rude to me, honestly out of control! I had to unhook everything, go back to the auto store to buy an adaptor for lights to work. Came back, hooked it up. She didn't know what she was doing. Not her fault, she just hadn't been trained. Went back to the auto store so nice guy inside could reattach trailer because as I suspected, it wasn't on right! EVEN THOUGH....when I talked to the 1-800 number I made sure they would know how to attach and would have a ball!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE! Will NEVER rent through them and maybe even UHAUL again! My $18.00 rental fee came with a $40.00 ball and hitch and a $15.00 light adaptor!
Michele S.Uhaul app would not function correctly as it would not take the photos. So I ended up spending another $25 for a cleaning of the truck due to app failure.
Matt C.This location is not a U-Haul building with supplies, but actually a Valero gas station. The attendant had to call someone at U-Haul when I arrived. There were a few trailers set off to the side of the gas station. I checked in over the phone. Be aware that you will need to hook up the trailer yourself - I thought someone would be there. It was not easy to do by myself, so I suggest a 2nd person come with you. I did arrive early, so that may have been the issue. You will also need to unhook the trailer yourself. Due to a heavy moving weekend, my original reservation was not guaranteed to have the trailer I reserved when I arrived, so I had to find a location nearby. Not an optimal experience, but I understand it is hard to control when people return trailers.
LOU H.It was disappointing to find out 2 days before our move that we had to drive an extra hour to pick up after being told it would be in Ottawa. The woman helping on the phone was very rude. However, the place of puck up and drop off were excellent.
Shannon C.I do not believe this falls on the store renting the trailer but it rained during the night and with the trailer sitting in the driveway overnight, the trailer leaked and boxes, bed etc. was wet when we unloaded the trailer Sun. morning.
Carl G.The employee was not trained on how to reimburse a customer a deposit when a cash payment was made. The employee attempted to reach a member of management to ask about procedure in this case, manager did not answer phone. Management should train the staff better and they should check if the staff knows how to do UHaul returns, if they don't, they need to get trained so the customer returning the equipment and the customers of the establishment can have a smooth and quick experience.

JACOB W.They were closed when I returned the truck, so really it's hard to say. There was a dropbox so that worked fine...there just wasn't a lot of room to return on a Saturday. Part of that might be my fault as I guess I didn't really research the best location to drop off.
