I got charged $ 300 for when I rented online and it only said $77 . I only used it for 2 hrs and the 10 miles at the most. It's ridiculous.

It's a gas station with 1 uhaul truck, it took around 30 minutes to check my reservation and my ID. I used u-haul several time and at other locations, when it's my turn, it's very fast to complete the procedures (usually around 10 minutes). But this location, he has so many customers from the gas station that every 2-3 minutes he has to take care the other customer first. After 20 minutes that he was checking my reservation, I asked him how long it will be ready because I was a little late at an appointment. He answered me “if you don't want to wait you can go to other locations”.

Customers should not have their vehicle towed by the establishment when parking to rent a U-haul vehicle. This dealer towed multiple customer's cars on the day of my rental, including mine. This is totally not acceptable. The workers showed no remorse or care and towed vehicles that they knew belonged to their U-haul customers. U-haul is a joke for conducting business in this manner.

The employee was very rude and was refusing to serve me because I did not have a printed reservation. She wouldn't let me explain that I had it on the phone. I asked her to let me talk and be polite. She responded by threatening to refuse service. It was a bad experience.... The location also didn't have the appliance dolly as I requested. It took longer for me to turn in the car on time as I had to buy one from Home Depot.

The truck I received was filthy as somebody had just dropped it off on their 200 mile trip and the clerk wasn't able to clean it, she was alone dealing with the convenient store, The cab had empty soda bottles and chips all over the floor, I even had to clean it before I turned it in just to be sure I didn't get blamed for it. I feel I should be owed somewhat of a refund.

The only issue I have with this experience is that I paid for 35 miles since I was only moving a couch and it was local. I actually ended up driving close to 50 miles because the entire Santa Ana police force had closed down everything East of 17th street. Unfortunately, this location fell in that area. I would have had the unit back in 30 minutes expect i spent nearly 45 extra driving around trying to find a way in only to be stopped by the police and their barricades. It was extremely frustrating to then also have to pay the extra gas I wouldn't even have used if it weren't for the parade closing the streets.

The employees could care less whether the customer is taken care of. They simply do not care to either help resolve issues or provide any options... They simply shrug their shoulders. When I returned the van, the employee had no idea what to do, and did not even try to look it up until I asked twice.. Very disappointed!

We were double charged had to call the 800 number to receive credit the were very nice. But not impress with the location we rented from.

There were a lot of vagrants on the property and people standing around watching my wife and I process the vehicle. Did not appear to be a secure location for drop off. Guess that's the way it is in California these days... Otherwise the gas station attendant was helpful in pointing out the U-Haul drop off point.

My problem is with the overall renting process. I rented a truck to be picked up in Anaheim but was then told I had to go to Santa Ana. Because of the additional distance I had to pay an extra mileage charge and additional gas fee. I was then told I could not drop off at my original drop off location. You don't make it easy to do business.

1st of all my reservations #28989806 was for the Tustin CA location but they couldn't find my reservation so I was directed to the Santa Ana location. Only 1 employee working the rental and running the gas station. It took 45 minutes to get contract. A pad lock was on the truck so we had to drive to a 3rd Uhaul location across town to get it removed. Horrible experience.

Unfortunately these places need to be confirmed via telephone even after the reservation is done by app. Good thing was that they had a truck available when I arrived. Bad thing was that these had locks, the one that was reserved to me had no key. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes until they changed the contract to another truck. The lady that helped me was great, she did the best she could with what she was given but I will never rent a truck thru a dealer again.

My rental was transferred to a different location and gave the Gasco folks a very hard time to fix. This wasn't Gasco's fault, Uhaul moved the equipment pickup site and made me about an hour late.

Nice worker, but this was a gas station with only 3 parking spots for uhaul. So if you aren't the first 3, hours kind of screwed. Not sure why it's even an option to drop off here.

Accurate contracts would help. Too much information is asked for, like related peoples full names and phone numbers.

This drop off location is at a very busy intersection, but the service was very helpful, and really friendly. It was also very easy:)

My reservation was at 10:30 and I got my truck till 11:00. Then i left the site and they forgot to unlock the back so I had to return so that they could unlock it it was a waste of my time.
