Location said we would be given gas credit back when we returned truck. Received it with 1/16 of a tank and returned it with 3/4 of a tank, big difference. And when trying to get an answer there no one picks up the phone for 4 days straight during normal business hours.

Fix the credit card machine, I was not expecting to have to front cash for the rental truck.

Prior to the pick up we were to change the location the day prior. when we arrived, there was not physical office, just met Calvin in a parking lot where trailer was kept. He was very personable and we were able to get the trailer. However, he was not able tp print the contract (but did send an email). The biggest concern was we had to pay cash which included an additional $60 because he could not get our credit card to process on his phone. not was I'd call a seamless, professional transaction.
