The return process for my after-hours return was a small challenge for my non-techy self, but it was met with the help of a female agent when I called the number as instructed.

MANDISHA HICKSONThe services at the location was friendly, efficient, and professional. They informed us of any hidden costs and helped gave thorough info in using the truck. The only complaint I have is the uhaul website. It was not working properly when we dropped off our truck and it took 45 mins just to navigate the drop off process because we kept receding error messages on the webpage.
Hoa NguyenI selected not applicable because the check in process was the pits the online check-in was not user-friendly and neither was the key drop in process there was a document that needed to be with the key or something of which I had no clue what they were talking about and it made the process of checking it in hard not to mention because I was not able to check it in online I would be charged $20 because they would have to be the one to check it in however I left the key in the truck because I had no other choice I had no Understanding of how to get that truck checked in online please make your online check in process user friendly or at least for those who don’t work primarily with online processes

Romare ChristianThe only problem is that my appliance dolly was not in the truck and when I used the utility dolly uhaul attempted to charge me. This is my only issue.
CATREESE WATERMANEnforce the no smoking policy. The truck that I rented smelled of smoke. We had to ride with the windows down in the dead of winter. That is how bad it was.
Brenda KempCustomer service was excellent. The agents were very accommodating and helpful. However, the truck was dirty and in disrepair. The ignition would not start unless rigged. I was advised (to my shock) that U-haul corporate refuses to repair it because the truck still cranks! Wow! Faulty ignitions put customers' safety at risk.
