The gentleman was very nice and friendly. I initially opted to pick up the equipment via mobile, but decided to come in before the store closed to check in with a rep. Although, I was late due to traffic, the gentleman was super friendly, personable, and got me situated even though the store was closing.

I disputed being double charged, and was still double charged. Renting from online is a bad idea. I was not told if I'm 15 minutes late my rental would be cancelled. Then when I redid the rental, I was automatically put for a 4 hour rental, meanwhile I wanted the rental for 24 hours. So I was double charged. Called and spoke to customer service after being on hold for over 30 minutes. And I was still double charged.

The woman at the location was lazy, rude and reminded me that she doesn't work for uhaul. The gentleman tried to make things better but by the time he stepped in the other already made a bad experience.

I returned the equipment early. However, since it was a Sunday and the location was closed,. I was able to utilize the 24 hour drop off. I was able to close out the rental the next day. Awesome service.

he cab of the truck had a rotten egg odor. I assumed it was the disinfectant they used. Thank goodness I had some Lysol that sanitized and eliminated the smell. I think to improve the next customer experience, ensure that the cab doesn't have an unpleasant odor. Otherwise, everything was outstanding and I will definitely use U-Haul again!

When equipment is returned after hours, the uhaul location should pull their cameras to verify the time the renter arrived to return the trailer/truck. Thanks.

To have the pick up location where I originally set my location for. I had to rearrange my helpers time due to puckiping up at a different location after receiving email morning of. Pick up time was 7 am so not much notice to change things

Truck had some issues. Leaking some type of oil around rear axel (got on my driveway) and felt like it could use a tube up (sluggish) Otherwise, it did the job.

COVID-19 has made the check out process easier and more effective. I didn't like using U-Haul because of the slow process and inattentive staff.

Trailer was unacceptable inside. I have pictures to send. Dirt, glass, and wood covered the entire inside of the trailer. Trailer was in a really bad spot for pickup. Maneuverability was zero. Took close to 30 minutes to leave once connected because of location. I would be surprised if damage to site or equipment didn't occur daily. Multiple times I had to get out an look before moving just to leave the site.

I always use this location but this time the customer service was not very good, maybe because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I also felt that I was over charged for a single $19.95 van rental to a total charge of almost $78, I've paid less when actually moving with a truck.

I walked in and made the reservation a day before I picked up the van. I was not told about a $10 charge for insurance at that time. The morning when I walked in to get the van that's when I was told about it. I asked for a truck then as I know I could use my insurance for that. I was told that there were none available even though they were trucks parked. I was told they were booked. I don't believe this to be true as when I returned the van they were still there. I had no choice but to pay a $10 I was not prepared for because you guys did not disclose it at any point. The van is advertised as $19.99 with additional mileage cost not insurance.
