I picked up a truck that was malfunctioning, and it was just a waste of time for me to go back and forth and commute to another location to pick up another truck. The staff were great and professional

VIVIAN LThe person who is in this location did not give me any proof of the equipment. When I asked, he told me that it was not necessary. The cost was 19.95 plus taxes and he charged me $35.19. I used the truck for a few minutes less than 6 hours and only used it for 9 miles (but since he didn't give me the paper obviously I don't have how to verify ) the fact is that I have another charge for $25.00 with a total of 60.19 I know I won't get it back but I just want you to know the terrible service that this location is giving to which I do not plan to return and of course give it a bad review. It's a pity that I didn't check the previous reviews since I see that they have already done it with other people.

Van LI reserved the uhaul a few days before pick up. The whole experience ended up being inconvenient.after getting an Uber to the place, I had to wait 2hrs for my uhaul pick up while they tried to sale me furniture. I had to call customer service and was first asked to go to another location across town before another became available. Then I finally get the uhaul someone had been smoking cigarettes inside and I recorded it on my phone. There is no paperwork to see or sign at all they told me they would send me the receipt and I never got it and after returning it… I was told to simply give them the key and leave and 2 days later they charged an xtra $100+ without letting me know what for!!!!!!!! They were saying it’s the mileage but that’s a lie I literally went one place and back!!! I have it recorded on my phone I’m suing for fraud!!!! I should have left that day!!!!!
Tangela Hthe back should be locked when the trucks are outside, If the keys to the truck can be accessed so could keys for a lock. I picked mine up at 7am and as I was doing the on line registration I found a homeless man inside the back of the truck.
Rocky GI wouldn’t change anything! The 1st thing I liked most was I that was greeted with a very pleasant voice. From there, all of my questions were answered. So it made my move easy with the accommodations that were provided. i would like to thank this Uhaul location once again for the excellent service!

MOHSEN AI accidentally left my new hat on dashboard and returned truck after 3 hours rent. I called them twice to look for my hat. The owner told me he would call me back when he checked mileage. He never called me back. Very bad location, and not recommend this location to anyone

I highly recommend this office to anyone... whos within a 5 mile radius of 90650.. In need of a Uhaul Rental. as it is easy to find and traffic is not congested. It's easy to park. ...Nice

anthony oI had no issues with what I rented and had an overall great experience. My only suggestion is to make the online process more clear. I was unaware there was an online checkin and realized after the attendant informed me at the register.
Joshua MLet them know the rearview mirror displays a view from the rear camera - would have made things a lot easier - I only noticed it at the end.

ROMMEL OThe person did not even tell me what to look for when renting the U-Haul, I was given the keys and told I was good to go. An hour in to my rental I was told that they did not gather my details and tried doing it over the phone. Once I got back they were charging me for gas when they claimed that I did not return it back the same. They don’t know what they are doing, bad experience.
