I left my drivers license in the cab of the U-Haul called the next day to see if I could come pick it up and I got screamed at and told to call back later to see if he felt like it. I do not think they are professional. The U-Haul was not swept out when I got it. It was not clean on the inside. And they repeatedly questioned me about my drivers license when I first picked up the U-Haul, which I found highly unprofessional being that I signed up for everything online.

The advertisement of a rental only costing $19.95 per day is a bit misleading. When you add in the extra fees, it was closer to $75.

Deron LIi was supposed to be charged one way for 3 days. Well I returned the truck put a little over what gas was originally in the truck and charged for 1 day. I sent them the contract and took pictures of before and after gas and miles. I called and received a $86.75 credit. Today I had a check bounce I went to the bank and found out I was actually charged $131.57 when I picked the truck up and another $144..08 when we dropped it off. I had know idea of the double charge. I still have the contract. I drove one way and put a little extra miles on. I wil call the office in the am. Dennis and Catherine Powers

Logan JU-haul website has been absolutely unresponsive and almost unusable 2 occasions in a row. I had 130Mb/s download and 13Mb/s upload this most recent time and had to wait almost 20 minutes for a 30MB image to post. I resized it to the lowest resolution legible and it still took 3 minutes.

KERBY RMy original drop off request was Rehoboth Beach. However, I was offered $30 discount to drop off in Milton DE (about 15 miles away) but was never given a specific address. Only one location was listed for Milton, but when I got there it was closed. I started the online return process, but now it said I needed to be in Georgetown DE. So. I had to go another 10 miles to get to the final destination. Again it was closed, so I completed the online return process. The return was frustrating after a 6 hour drive from our original location and unloading at home and the driving out of our way to get the return done.
William HHe was rude and lazy . Wanted us to check the back of truck to see if anything was left from previous user and if it was to put it in the garage that is not our job that was his job. He didn’t even wanna come out when I came back to check the mileage or anything he made me go back and take a picture of it and bring it in to show him very very rude very lazy. Location again.

James CI was highly disappointed when I found out there wasn’t anyone available to check me in and just had a drop box for my key. The gas was over a half tank when I dropped it off and only registering it at half a tank, incorrect. I do appreciate the fact I had to stop at a uhaul station due to my engine light came on during my travels. Took me out of the way and put unexpected miles on the truck but as suggested by my call due to the problem I felt safer taking care of it.

ROBERT JI requested this uhaul truck because it was advertised at $19.95 in town. I moved from one town to the next and with gas and mileage it cost me over $150 for 8 hours of use. If I had known that was the price for one day of use for a 10 foot truck I would have saved the money and transported things back and forth in my car. I do not feel like I received a value at all for your service and I would not recommend to anyone else.
Anthony PHonestly was the first time I ever drove a truck of that size and it was surprisingly easy. Transporting was smooth and also the rental procedure is simple and easy. Glad I chose them!
Pauline MHave enough of the blankets that you say you will provide. We requested a dolly and got one, but the person didn't seem to be sure if there was going to be one and we definitely needed it. The truck was great though.

lesley hIt’s simple. Customer service. Not everyone wants to use a smartphone to take a million pics of your trucks Some prefer to going to a counter (after making an online reservation). With the online reservation I outlined that I would need a dolly and blankets etc such as how many miles were anticipated Upon arrival to this TEENY store, said employee grumbled that he had to re-enter what I needed saying my system doesn’t show me.. Grumbling is not an attractive character of any service provider. The tires were covered in mud and platter on the truck

Andrey Pbe more expensive, because I gave the full set of gasoline even more than how they gave it to me and they charged me 35 dollars more because according to them it lacked gasoline, according to them I delivered it with 3 quarts of gasoline and I delivered it with more gasoline than the that they gave me, I also booked in one address and they delivered it to me two hours away, guiding different from the one I made the reservation and they also charged me an extra 30 dollars for the miles and it was their fault not mine that they delivered me to another address, but God is fair and he will be in charge of that abuse that they did with me

PAUL SOur problems were not with the location but with the reservation system. Our equipment was not at the pickup site we where we reserved it. I had to drive over an hour to this location, and they only had the truck, so I had to drive another 1/2 hour even further away to get the tow dolly, blankets, dolly, hand truck, etc. What should have been a simple 1/2 hr. trip to pick up the truck/etc. turned into a stressful 5 hr. cross country trip and 1/2 a dozen calls to dispatch and customer support just to get what reserved for a location 10 minutes from home. Uhaul did discount the rate and added an extra day miles for the inconvenience, but there's no way that can make up for the stress and ruining our very tight schedule. I'm not blaming the pickup location. It's UHAUL system issue. Because of this I absolutely cannot recommend UHaul for any time sensitive rental, especially one-way.
Jeffrey RIt is a dead spot with no cell phone reception. It took me about 45 minutes to pick up the truck because I could not stay connected to the app at this location. It's noisy and crowded. Not a pleasant experience.

Rebecca HI was not even able to do what I needed to do I drove from georgetown to Lincoln and the truck shook the drivers door barely closed I ended up returning the truck within Few hours then tried to get a refund and they couldn't I did not even have the vehicle I returned it and was not able to move what i needed to.
