Paul W.Worst customer service. Very rude. Slammed the phone on me. Would never recommend. Teach them customer service please or your brand is going doenhill. Not sure if its the location i talked to to get the timeline extended or was ot customer service agent. The person i wS transferred to on phone was very rude and unprofessional and so was the women who called to confirm the truck return. Just to mention i was as polite and nice as I could be with them even though i was a customer but they seem to do a favour on you by renting their truck as if we are renting it for free! I am sorry to say but if you want to hear what a worst customer service looks like you should listen to my last two conversations with you guys. One was a call from georgian bay wasaga beach and one was a call i made before that to customdr service.

Nadia S.When I originally called they said they don't have one way drop off trailers, but when I called the 800#, it turns out they do schedule one way drop off trailer rentals from that location. When I picked up the trailer the attendant was not attentive and didn't come out to help connect the trailer to my car.

TERESAM B.Service at Wasaga Beach was great. Below has nothing to do with the wasaga beach location. However I was suppose to pick up the trailer in Midland. When I arrived the trailer was not there. Contact uhaul and all they could offer was to pick up a trailer an hour out of my way. I asked if I could grab a cube van as I was on a schedule they said yes but would not offer any type of discount to assist the situation. They didn't even mention the $50 credit as per their contract until I asked. They did not apologize for any of the inconvenience.

I made arrangements with an employee to pick up a trailer in the morning as the location doesn't open till 10am around 11 someone called me and said I couldn't pick up the trailer as it was reported stolen I was completely flabbergasted as I had made arrangements to pick up off hours I immediately dropped everything and went to the location to talk to the police The owner just started screaming at me saying I stole the trailer and he wanted me charged with theift. The police kept telling him to stop talking but he wouldn't so they escorted him away three times while I was talking. In the end I was able to keep the rental for the day but I was forced to pay an extra 20 in insurance I did not want. Please save yourself the hassle and drive to Collingwood to rent from u-haul

Chelsea is incredible, she assisted me with an extension on one of the trailers because the website was giving me troubles. All in all I would definitely recommend this location for your Uhaul needs. Amazing customer service, courteous staff and quick to assist. Thank you for your incredible service!

STEWART S.Initially I signed a contract for a 2 day rental, which I have a copy of. I returned the trailer in the 2 days but was told that I was being charged for 4 days. I've rented trailers before and only paid for what I signed for. Joe signed my name on the contract and didn't let me in the office and he advised that I would only be charged for the days I used the trailer. I am totally dissatisfied with the way this has been handled.
