The 26 foot truck was excellent. The ramp was too short and too steep. It made heavy objects very difficult to get into the truck. I would think in the future about making the ramps longer and less steep.

The 24/7 Truck Share return process was much easier than the check-in process, but still plan on spending 5-10 minutes taking photos of the truck to verify condition and cleanliness.

We only needed the trailer for 3 to 4 hours. When rented we were under the impression that the guy we rented from would still be there when we returned. Long story short, he was not there, we called the u-haul number, was directed to go to uhaul.com/share. We did, had to take picture of trailer, we don't k now if the return notification was successful. The guy we rented from said if we brought the trailer back to the same location that there would be a discount. Don't know yet if that will apply, as it's 1:13 AM, the morning after the rental, will call location when it opens later this morning.

The truck needed cleaned. It at imbedded dirt and grime. So it was broom clean, but it needed to be scrubbed. I did not want to put cups or anything in the center console as it was sticky.
Delivery was horrible. The app/site was down so I did not know how to return it. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to be told this was a big issue and just leave the keys in the box. I really did not trust this as I worried I would be upcharged for mileage, damage, gas, etc.

Made reservation and got to the location and it was closed. Waited around for almost an hour, and someone finally showed up and told us the owner was at a bar drinking. We finally got the trailer and had to hook it up to our truck by our self in the pouring rain. This is the worst customer service for an establishment that has been with you since 1984. I will not recommend or rent from this place again
