Victoria SMake sure you recommend Gilroy muffler. The experience was absolutely outstanding! Michael and Dina, the owners of Gilroy, muffler, actually met me the morning of to help with the transfer of keys, and could not have been more accommodating. I would recommend this facility to anybody in the future. I did not know Michael and Dina prior to the first time I rented from them but because of that experience, I went back. This is my second time of renting a U-Haul from Gilroy muffler and will continue to do so in the future for all my hauling needs.

LEONARD LI would also warn them about the cleaning fee. We literally swept out our vehicle and had a few single leaves that were missed and charged 25.00 what a racket. I rent vans all the time and have never had an issue.

Lori LDeena was friendly and knowledgeable and spoke English!! I mention this because when I went to pick up the truck I had rented at a different location, the clerk didn’t speak English and I was unable to pick up the truck.

Jeff SI returned the truck in the same condition I received it. The blankets were thrown in the back partially folded when i picked up. When i returned the truck the personnel did not come to see the truck regardless of my request and his exact words, as long as the gas is ok they won’t charge you extra. They charged me $25 cleaning fee extra for blankets not folded, which is not in contract and i only found out when I called customer support. Folding blankets is not in contract and putting it on the sticker on the truck which i don't remember was of wasnt there doesn’t make it part of contract. Customer support refused to waive the $25. Will be the last time using uhaul

I talked to them they said it’ll be 2-3 business days but I put $100 in my account and they go and take out $108 again!!! They made 3 transactions! And continue to take money out my bank! I will be suing
Israel MVery friendly owner/operator and although there were issues with the online service, she was able to reach out to her team and get it resolved. We managed to get me squared away and on my way! Very appreciative of the short notice request and the check-in /drop off was a breeze!

Scott BI have no problem to refer u-haul rental at this location. Exelent customer service, clean truck, the unit felt has no power, transmission hard shifts, steering linkage loose, spent a lot of fuel $120 USD For a 87 miles trip whit a light load box, approx, 600 pounds.

joshua mRented a uhaul online. Truck was not available. Called uhaul, sent us to another location, truck was rented, sent us to another location in a neighboring town but the truck battery was dead. Called again and finally got a truck that was the wrong size. My husband and I spent over two hours driving around town. Something needs to change here. I’ve rented trucks before but locations were always open, these shortened hours and closed offices on weekends is not working.
