Orlena LNeeds better scheduling, my drop of time was at 4 and apparently they already had some else scheduled to pick up at the same time, I didn’t appreciate the call that I got saying to take it in at 3. I have already paid for my time it’s not my issue they overlap people at same time.

GIRISH SI returned the trailer a whole day early (22 hours total rented at the time of drop off) and the gentleman on site said he would check the trailer in. I contacted U-Haul CS that afternoon when I had not received a receipt and provided photographic proof that the trailer had been returned at 12:39 on July 25th. That evening, I reached out again as I still hadn't received a receipt. The representative, who I could hardly hear, said she would reach out to the site and CC me. However, I was not CC'ed on the email. The final representative I spoke with, today, was helpful and explained that she would open a ticket so that my refund for returning the trailer a day open would be addressed. This return location should ensure that items are checked in when they are dropped off.

linda rWe dropped off the truck after hours. I went to the link that was provided in a text and tried to follow the drop off instructions. It said I would have to take pictures of the truck to verify the condition. But then it immediately took me to another screen and said I was done. We just put the contract and the keys in the lockbox. I've had trouble with U-Haul drop off instructions before on previous rentals. The truck itself was fine.

Michelle CThere was no outlet for the USB so we drove without music and/or podcasts from Colorado to Virginia. The radio did work but had to be turned so loud because of the extremely loud interior of the cab of the truck.

Michel CUsing the u-haul app was a chore and I was on the phone with customer service the whole time. I was sent to a location that no longer rents U-Haul‘s. I was then sent to a place that was closed and on vacation. I could not get the app to take a copy of my license, which I had already entered into the app to do a blind pick up. I was then sent to a third location which was the glacier park location. The reservation was there but the lady there stated I needed to have the physical card in order to rent the vehicle. I then had to get on the phone with U-Haul customer service to use the card that I had entered into the app. your U-Haul technician was able to get the transaction approved and I was able to go back in to the glacier Park location and pick up my truck. I felt like I had been jerked around the whole time, but I accomplished my goal.
