Seth HThe owner is a nice man and was very helpful with my rental experience but when I rented the truck the 2nd time contract No: 70691251 I was moving in the rain and at the end of the day I could not make the truck perfectly clean and he charged me a cleaning charge of $25. When I rented the truck for a 3rd time contract no: 71020270 the truck was dirty inside and had moving blankets left behind. I believe the UHAUL Representative was under the weather for a few days so I understand, when I returned the truck I left the fuel tank at 3/4 full, half a tank more than when I got it. It would be nice since I am understanding and a good customer that you would return the $25 cleaning deposit to me to show good faith. Thank you, Steven Weronik
Steven WThe first place I tried to pick up the truck they wouldn't give me the keys CUZ they said no authorized Uhaul person was there. That was at USA.GROCERY Lake Placid Fl. Central Pawn was profession clean and courtious. I wouldn't spend a penny at USA again.

DAVID KCheck-in was quick and easy: no time wasted standing in line. Owner is very reasonable and the overall experience was an easy one. I was left to hookup the trailer on my own and couldn't manage it, so I had to request help. Otherwise, it was all positive.

My wife lost her cell phone in the U-Haul truck, and we didn't miss it until after hours. i went back there and the operator was there at his home next door and was good enough to get in the after-hours box and unlock the truck that night. Great experience with U-Haul. Thank You.

Allison Slocation was awesome; equipment was easy to find and ran great. I did have a small problem where it appeared that the last user of that truck had transported oil in some form. there was a good bit left on the truck towards the front of the box. A major issue I had was with the app. it's a mess and not very well maintained. it kept crashing or not loading the next page, the steps for picking up the truck seemed very out of order to what I think would make sense. the app needs a lot of improvement.
Joshua SThe local dealer was great. But when I made my reservation I picked the location to pick it up but was given another location that was ok but when I got to that location they had no trailers. Called corporate they wanted me to drive 20 miles the other direction to get a trailer I said no. This has been the 2nd time I have rented and when I goto pick up no trailer has been available that time I had to drive 100 miles out of my way to get one.

Juan CThis site misquoted the mileage we needed to get to our moving destination. We ended up being charged on overage miles. I am very disappointed in my uhaul experience this move. We’ve always had great luck with uhaul but this was really disappointing.

Jaime LThe ONLY problem I had was that I contracted for the location very near to my home because my wife is wheelchair bound and I could get a ride from a neighbor - imagine my surprise (anger) when (without the courtesy of ANY notice I learn someone changed the pickup location to THIRTY MINUTES away!! I had to Uber for $40!!!! The gentleman at the pickup location was wonderful - the best I’ve encountered with Uhaul
CHUCK KWould NEVER recommend or use this location again! Ordered 2 dozen furniture blankets, one appliance dolly & 1 regular dolly. Picked up the truck & there was only the appliance dolly. The pawn shop has bankers hours so no one was there before 9am or after 6pm. If you enjoy working harder and having your furniture unprotected this is the place to rent a uhaul from!

Frederick HScott at Glades Pawn (owner) did an excellent job setting me up with a 26' uhaul truck. His fleet are relatively new Ford's with a Triton 10 engine. It drive fabulously for a vehicle that size!! I jad a not si good experience with another location (Sebring Blvd) on a one way rental, the woman gave me a 10' truck that clearly was broad sided on the right side and when It got up to highway speed it pulled to the right horribly!! Go to Scott @ Glades Pawn! He will do you right!! Will use again if needed!! Thanks Scott!!

daniel cLocation has limited hours so I had to get equipment earlier than I wanted and returned it past 24 hours later but because the man who rents it lives on the property charged me for another day even though he wasn't even open to rent it. The trailer had quite a bit of debris on the floor and it's located on an uneven ground making it hard to hook up and unhook. I have quite a few rentals from U-Haul but definitely won't use this location again. At minimum I should have credit for 19 hours of trailer rental if I was charged for a complete second day.

Larry HThe actual pick-up location I was initially given had gone out of business about two months prior. Luckily I was able to connect with Glades Pawn to pick-up my 4x8 covered trailer. Scott was extremely helpful and I was hooked up to the trailer and on my way in about 10 to 15 minutes. Gret experience with him at Glades Pawn.
