The 24/7 self check was so challenging and I called the costumer services, but no one available to answer long wait. anyway, its ended that I used the code that I got from the location and drove the truck. that's was a problem because when I came back they have no way to indicate the actual date of services (no back date possible) so they ended checking me again which showed a new date. I asked for a note to proof that I rented the truck in Sep 29, 2019 ( 5:45 am -12:45 PM) same day, but they only were able to email me from their assistance personal email.... anyway, the lady was nice, but the system is bad

The location is first a tire shop. I felt that the staff was not well versed in U-Haul process and procedures. They also demonstrated a big burden when I asked for a swap of the trailer. Otherwise U-Haul customer service representatives and schedulers were very accommodating and able to handle our requests from swapping 6x12 trailer to a 5x8 and rescheduling the drop off location.

Our experience started with a very rude worker who made a rude comment when we asked to switch to a 15' truck instead. He was very unhelpful so we called the next closest location and were referred to a location in another town. We were referred to a third party provider because they were the closest with a trailer and 15 ft trailer. They charged us to hitch our car. We drove home and the next day I noticed a strap on the tire had snapped. We had to put our move off for another day. They couldn't get a mechanic out for hours and when he arrived he noticed the man who attached our car did it completely wrong and if we would have taken it on our long journey miles away the car would have come off!!!! It was a scary and negative experience from start to finish as far as getting the Uhual. Beware of third party providers!

Worst custmer service ever. From picking up the rental to dropping off the rental was terrible. Was over charged. Had to call in to get resolved only to be transferred multiple times while everyone i spoke would blame others instead of taking ownership. Guess all Uhaul cares about is their mkney and not treating people right and ensuring they actually have quality customer service. Lets not forget i was charged for equipment i did not even receive. Clown organization. Will make sure everyone i know at work, online and talk know not to ever use Uhaul.

Customer service non-existent at best. Place filthy but it is a tire store. Mostly we waited for about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, then they had to get someone else. That guy didn't know what he was doing. We told him we needed more mileage and he didn't know how to change it, so now we have a second charge for mileage.

U-haul Corp needs to terminate business with this location Glendale Tire. The guys at Glendale Tire were arrogant, mainly the owner; during my wait time I watched them argue with customers. First, They did not have the equipment I reserved and Uhaul called the night before and redirected me to this location to make sure the had the towing equipment available for me @ 10am next morning. They were completely unorganized. The location was a dump. I stood there for 15 minutes as they said the equipment was coming from another location. I had movers coming shortly, which I paid thru Uhaul, and i could not wait. So I called Uhaul to let them know the situation. Your customer service agent was very helpful. She got me the equipment I needed. However, as I went back into the tiny office, I heard them criticizing me and insulting me from around the corner of the desk, to which their volume everyone could hear, because I called and "complained". I was a half hour past my time until Corporate customer service was able to fix things. Seem its always everyone else fault for their bad service, attitudes.

Dropped off the truck on Friday. After standing around looking for help, a young man said to put the keys inside the mail box. On Monday I had to call U-HAUL customer service to see if the truck had been returned in the system. It had not, the rep had to call the drop off location to do their job.

This was just a dirt mechanic shop and the mechanic that came to help us DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO UNHITCH THE TRAILER!!! I had to do everything myself. When we came back to drop off the truck, no one helped us. We waiting for 20 minutes, they even came and made eye contact with us, and then left without saying anything at all. Finally had to use the self return box even though they were there. Horrible experience. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone and I will never use them again.
