The gentleman at this facility was very rude and refused to help me. He said he's an archery guy and totally refused to talk to me. I was there from 10 am. I was in an area with poor internet service. I signed up in line for counter pick up. He was so rude. I would not recommend anyone to use him.

No one there truck did not have two wheel cart or moving blankets we ordered. We had to drive 35 minutes to pick it up since the truck was not at location we contracted for.

My only complaint is that there were some paint chips that on our truck that we tried to document however when I tried to upload the picture it would save it to document. We made multiple attempts with no success.

I had to sweep the back of the truck out before I could load it. I swept it out a second time of course before I dropped it off. Under the console lid was either dog or cat hair. I'm alergic to cats, so I'm guessing it was dog hair. Other than these two mentioned items, the truck operated fine.

It was very poor service on Uhauls end. Not Glenn's Archery. They made us go 30 minutes when I was told there would be one at the closer location. Bad customer service.

We rented for pick up in boardman ohio, boardman said they did not have equipment available and order transferred to Diamond ohio location 17 miles away. Gentleman was very nice, just a hassle going that far. He was actually closed but rebooted his computer and stayed to assist us.

Train your people better. Filled out your online pre sign in and pre pay to save time. Was on a time schedule. Showed up and had to sit and wait 45 minuets and 3 phone calls later. To re enter everything and attempt to de charge me twice. Not happy at all with that ran late to my appointment not acceotiable
