First of all I requested for the “smart pick up” at 7:00am and the lady came at 9:30am in a rush trying to get my truck.... I was waiting for 2 1/2 and she didn’t have any sympathy one of the worst experiences I’ve had with U-Haul and on top of that she applied the highest insurance I stated to the rep that someone over the phone provided me with a different amount and her response was do you want the truck or no? This is completely unacceptable

My reservation had expired and i couldn't get in touch with anyone. The faculty didn't have the dolly that i ordered. The attendant had a hard time finding the second reservation. She barely spoke english. The truck had an open soda bottle and cigarettes buds in the back.

Parking in the front of the store Now parking is in the rear of the store and you must walk around to get to the front entrance since the store’s back door is kept locked

I RENTED A 17 TRUCK AND WHEN I CAME TO GET IT THERE WAS NO TRUCK AT ALL, THEY REFER ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION, AND THERE IS NO TRUCK EITHER, FINNALY I GET A VAN AND I LOSE TIME AND MONEY, THAT'S WAS A AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Last Sunday the person in charge of the store told me I could bring the truck back before 5pm. Funny part is that she has a sign on the window that the store is open until 6pm. But anyway, I got to the place at 4:40pm and it was already closed. I had to call UHaul and they told me to get a picture of the dash and leave the keys with a note in the mailbox. Next day, this Monday, I had to ask for permission at my job to go back to the office to make sure everything was ok. The person not even apologized and on top of all her lack of professionalism she charged me $12.00 for gas and I just moved the truck for 4 miles. Not a pleasant experience at all. I have used your company services for a couple of times and I am very satisfied but that person gives you a bad reputation.

The UHAUL WEB SITE WAS UNABLE TO PROCESS MY RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR THAT I HAD TO WAIT and I had to FIX MYSELF WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF UHAUL BECAUSE NO ONE AT THE RENTAL LOCATION SPOKE PROPER ENGLISH SO I HAD TO EXPLAIN STEP BY STEM TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT - I SHOULD GET CREDIT FOR MY INCONVIENCE LOOSING ONE HOUR OF MY TIME

The lady who takes care of this location does a magnificent job - her customer service skills are superb!

Location is understaffed after 6 PM. Attendent originally refused to accept my vehicle when I returned it, because no other workers were working at that time (since she would have to leave the store and go to the parking lot to check the vehicle mileage, and no one else could mind the store). This is very poor service for a planned vehicle return.

Truck had a huge dent in front bumper Also when I rented online I specifically declined the 'safe drive ' option/charge. When I returned the truck my card was charged the $43 for safe drive

The uhaul truck was in perfect conditions , but was received with barely any gas. The person charged me insurance without asking and when I returned it the lady at the 9535 w Flagler st treated her customers like trash. Gave me attitude and smart answers in return to my questions and concerns. I will never recommend someone to that location, im surprised she's in business still.

they were very polite and helpful, they advised me to do the rental reservation over the phone in order to have the truck available the day I needed it, and it fact thanks to this I had the truck, otherwise I hadn't have the truck the same day.

The truck has mechanical issues that was almost impossible to move. The truck moved very slow and did not accelerate properly. In need of major mechanical work. It's not the first time go me renting a Uhaul but it's the 1 from that location and the 1st that a truck does not work properly. Very disappointed

I know for fact that moving guys are a 3rd party but they screwed my bed and all the moving was awful! Bet those guys were stoned or under some influence. I'd not for anything in this world recommend M&M moving guys.

Staff was completely unprofessional. Try to charge me for 100 miles of usage went only 34 miles were use. When I receive the truck there was trash still inside the cockpit and also the cargo area.

Customer service in this location is none existent. This location has not back door "according to them" and the vehicles are park in the back but you only enter by the only entrance "front of the store" but then after you get the keys you have to find your way all around to shopping place to your rental,the plaza is like 5 blocks so you go figure. In top on all that while the lady in there is helping you with your paper work and someone else walks in she will try to help both customers at the same time!! Ridiculous

Inconvient drop off had to walk nearly 2 blocks to the front of the store from the back of it because they don't want anybody entering from the back door. Employee who attended was good. Ok customer service made up for the fall off.

Terrible customer service!!! Upon returning the van to the Uhaul store the employee who inspected the vehicle tried to insist that the van did not have the same amount of fuel as when we took possession of it. When in fact we brought it back with more fuel than it had before we took it. The fuel gauge on the preliminary receipt was clearly marked and highlighted by the reservation clerk and she told us to return it with the same amount of fuel. There was no misunderstanding, this was clearly a case of them trying charge us more than what was agreed to. I will never visit that store again and would never recommend it to anyone!!!

Very old and tired truck. Check engine light on entire time and every 2 minutes seat belt warning would start beeping even though we all had our seat belts on. I also kept it a low speeds (10 mph below speed limit at 30 mph) as I didn't feel confident going any faster.
