Steven LeckLock didn't work. The neighboring business had to help us. Location doesn't open till 12 and our pick up was at 9. If it wasn't for the neighboring business owner we wouldn't have gotten into the truck. The truck itself wasn't latched or locked. There were no furniture pads that we're being charged for. And we are being charged way too much for the distance we didn't drive. Not at all impressed

Blair MillerGross beer bottle depot is not a fun place to wait. Also, the Uhaul was so sticky from beer - it was obvious they used the Uhaul truck for transporting 'empties'. Now all my belongings are sticky and smell like beer. You actually damaged my belongings with your truck being so filthy.

Ken WaskulTires were low on air. I topped them up. 21 psi on the left. 35 on the right. Decal says 50-psi recommended. Probably sat all winter and lost pressure. Normal. I’m a tire guy.

Justin MillsMake sure the truck is in the location where the customer reserves it. We had to drive to grande cashe to pick up a vehicle reserved in Hinton. The service provider on site was rude and short with us. Would not even give us any kind of refund for money spent on fuel for having to go out of our way to pick up the truck.

We booked with perior to Vancouver two weeks in advance .we even offered them advance money to hold a 15foot truck .one day before our grande prairie location at 108ave and 100 street told us that they didn’t have any available truck . Email sent by them suggested to go to peace river or to grandecach . Point we are making is it was shock. Thank g God we were able to get excellent service from this location. For that we are greatfull . Our input is a very poor performance on Grande prairie site . We hope it doesn’t happen to any one in future rest thank you all
gurinder sandhuI was scared to use the car trailer because the rear tires had little to no tread on them. The chains did not have any rubber clasps to hold the chains.
