Louis Godfrroy, the UHaul agent I used, was extremely helpful and got the tow dolly ready very quickly . I would recommend the Godfroy Garage in New Lebanon, NY to anyone who needs a UHaul item.

The 10' box truck I rented did not have snow tires. I think it is irresponsible of UHaul to rent trucks in New England without snow tires.

The car pickup site I agreed to was in Pittsfield. After the fact I was sent over the mountain to Godfreys. The U-Haul rep at Godfreys was rude and unhelpful on the phone. He was not there at pickup time. I had to ask him three times how soon he would arrive. He tried to charge me over $50 more than the agreed to price. This whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and it's highly unlikely I will use U-Haul again.

Even though I reserved the truck 1 week before moving, the truck I reserved was not at the agreed pick up location. The only option was to take a smaller truck. I had to make 2 trips in order to accomplish the move. Each trip was 45 minutes, therefore, I drove for over 2 hours, not to mention the extra money spent on gas. U-Haul made my move a hell. I will never use UHaul again. I hope that this is not another " see how we care about you customer service ploy" and actually gets read.

They charged me a cleaning fee after I called UHaul to notify them when I opened the door to the box it was filthy probably due to improper use at the pick up location. I was told I wouldn't be charged but just looked at my account and saw an improper $27 charge

45 min from my home, car hauler was damaged

Paint had been spilled in back of truck but mr Godfroy put blankets down so it didn’t get all over everything. Went out of his way to help

Fix your call centers. Hard to verify reservation. Pickup location was not where requested, was told only 8 min away from pickup request however had to drive 28 min to get unit. When I needed to change credit card info since my original card was stolen took 25 min and a hard time simply changing card so yo could get paid! Probably won’t use uhaul again.
