NANCY FYour agent Ronaldo was great. One issue was the cart that appeared inventory when I booked but was not on site when I went to pick up. You could fix your inventory system to have up to the minute status on the available equipment and accessories. I had packed my own cart just in case and good thing I did because ai needed one to move the fridge and I would have been stuck driving around and losing time to find another because your system was not accurate

Doug VI would like to mention that the vehicle that was rented to me was knocked in my opinion roadworthy the brakes were a little weird, and the transmission was making some grinding winding noises quite a bit. It freaked me out and I thought what well I have to rent a second U-Haul and transfer all this stuff into it, so it was a little nerve-wracking

Mel GYou must get this all the time - but the mileage charges are too high. Period. The rental location is excellent. I have rented many trucks from Renaldo, and he has never disappointed me. Sidebar - A not regarding the existence of a bkup camera in the rear view mirror would not go amiss. Seeing as how it is otherwise a useless mirror in a cab, people might look at it more often and use the camera as a useful tool. So now I'm doing your marketing. Thank you.

Nijat GThe truck has a leak and some of our personal items got wet. We called to inform. We feel we should be reimbursed. We also should not have to pay for the gas having to pick up a truck from a location we did not request. We do not recommend uhaul and will not use uhaul in the future.

Pamela ESnow removal at the location had buried the trailer i had rented so staff had a big challenge to get it out of a snowbank and I had to leave and return to pickup trailer later once trailer was extracted.

Susan PRents location was moved 24 hrs in advance to a location 35 minutes away, communication was poor, rental location was closed at pickup time, truck was filled with garbage. Absolutely horrendous experience.
Tara SThe location is convenient, but the online process to check in was way too long. None of the pictures of the truck would load. As well, it says to retrieve the keys in a lockbox that doesn’t exist. The truck was dirty when we picked it up which i flagged and when checking out, U haul wanted to check me for the cleaning. Not a smooth process at all.
Sean WOne of the tires was very low upon receipt, but I didn't notice until I was already driving. I had to stop and add air to the tire. I shouldn't have had to do this.

Steve TTruck needs work done. Wheel alignment or something was off and it did not feel safe. Kept pulling to one side or another and would also jerk if you took your foot off the gas.

Lynda FI asked for the Owensound location, had to drive an hr to pick it up! Truck I ordered was a 20 foot got a 15 so had to get rid of stuff the day I moved. Had to fight to get a discount as they tried to charge me for the 20 foot when all they could provide was a 15 foot and this all happened the day before I moved across country. Talk about stressful. Asked to talk to a manager as the guy on the phone couldn’t even do total and said he was a manager but couldn’t give me prices! Honestly worst move I’ve ever had! Will not be using uhaul again!
joslin tFriendly and efficient service. The truck was there when promised and in excellent shape. The only thing I would have preferred is if the tank was full upon delivery. It was half and it is very difficult to replace fuel to the same level. If I put in too little you will charge me a significant penalty and if I put in too much I have thrown out my money.

VICTORIAL LThis location was nearly 100km away (one way) from my requested pick up location. Extremely frustrating to have to drive that far away to pick up the truck.

Allan AThe truck broke down on me twice on the day of moving. I had to call roadside assistance. The issue is not with the location but the truck itself. U-haul needs to have their trucks etc service regularly.
Imani RHave the Flesherton ON location on your online location selections to choose from for drop offs. That was confusing not having it on your website as one of the places I could choose from. Your website only offered my Meaford and Collingwood as drop offs so it would be a good idea to correct that on your website if possible. Thanks for making our move easier! - Jennifer

Allan CWhen I needed help they told me to wait cause they where to busy with other customers an didn'thelp me at all . An I returned the truck with the exact amount of fuel an they mark it lower then it really had . On the truck the headlights didn't work properly not safe an the horn didn't work which is also not safe, some of the lights in the dashboard didn't work which made it hard to see .
Peter BI would have preferred to pick up the truck in Chatsworth or Owen Sound but Flesherton was the only one that had the 15 ft for the date I needed it for. The staff at this location were great deal deal with and courteous and friendly. As I was going 3500 Km I was glad to get a newer truck with just over 10000 miles on it. i had requested a furniture cart on line when I edited the order a few days before pick up but they did not have any on site but I did get the blankets I asked for.
Andrew SBetter communication when picking a truck up via “mobile device” before hours . Took a half hour to find the key. But super friendly!!! Great to deal with at the location!!
