was called and texted about a change in pick up location, but it turned out that that location did not know anything about it, tried to call this location, but no one would answer the phone, I had to have someone I know in Saskatoon actually go to the pick up location and make sure that the trailer was there

Terrible customer service. Did not go over the contract and was surprised to Be charged extra mileage when this was not explained to me at all. Would not recommend this office at all. Office was dirty

I didn't realize that renting furniture dollies incurs an extra charge ($7); I thought they were free to use if you need them. I wish I was told this before I agreed to rent a furniture dolly that I ultimately never used.

My experience with these people was phenomenal! I had inaccurately booked my uhual in such a way that it would have ended up costing me a fortune for my rental. However, when it came time to pay, the person at the front noticed the error, and with the assistance of the manager, helped modify my order and ended up reducing my overall cost by almost $500. It was so amazing and for that I would recommend this location to anyone. God bless you!

Saskatoon told us to drop in any location. Regina demanded 300 dollars because we didn't bring it to the right location. They gave us the wrong size truck even though we reserved one. Then they couldn't find the truck even though we returned it in person. Go somewhere else

1) The U Haul that I rented was not at the location I placed the rental with and I was told I needed to pick it up at a new location. The new location did not open until 9am which meant I had a late start to the day. 2) There was no gas in the U Haul when I picked it up because apparently it was stolen the night before. I had to go out of my way and waste time filling the tank. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the gas I put in even though I am not sure how they would know how much is left on such a big tank. 3) When I returned the truck, it had just under an 1/8th of a tank left but the attendant marked it as 1/16th. He then said I would be getting a fuel credit of $4.10. I was not happy about this because there was almost an 1/8th of tank remaining on a tank that holds about 200 litres of fuel. That means I should be getting a credit of at minimum 30 dollars (25 litres x $1.20/litre). He only credited me $4.10 which is about 3.40 litres! I told him about the error and he said that he was using a U Haul calculation.

Actual Uhaul trailer was great. Service wasn't so much. Showed up for pickup at 9 and uhaul employee was 35 minutes late for work and we had to sit there and wait.

My first pick up location was Millar ave. They were rude not helpful and did not have my U-Haul. I called always towing location gave me a number to phone they arranged for a truck at good Morning car wash. Justice at Millar ave location didn’t care that we had travelled 2.5 hours to pick up a U-Haul that wasn’t there said I was out of luck. Will never deal there again

It would have been nice to be on the lookout for the email that allowed us to take a picture of the unit before driving away with it. Also, the email confirming the booking stated that the rates were in US dollars; it would be better if it was in Canadian dollars. The actual amount I paid was in Canadian dollars.

the trucks power steering was on its last legs and barely operation and constantly cutting out making it hard to steer, the driver side door wouldnt latch when i got the unit which was reported to the attendent who said there was nothing he could do! i wasent given the dolly and furniture pads that were part of my rental that i had to pay for over all makes me really not want to use uhaul again! i feel like i wasted my money to point.

My bill came to $43.74 on my credit card but next day they put through a 1 cent charge on my card? You only round up on cash transactions because we have no pennies anymore. This is wrong. I wonder if you get a credit if it rounds down. I bet not. It's only 1 cent but it's not ethical. Also was told I couldn't drop off the trailer after hours as they needed to check lights to make sure they still worked but when I rushed to get it back same day, nobody came out to check the lights. They said they would do it in the morning. Next day at 10 am, I got a call from this location asking when I was returning the trailer because it was due back at 930 am. Since I returned it at 730 pm and they told me to leave it outside the fence I was scared I was going to be on the hook if someone took it. Last time I will drop off without written confirmation. So not a wonderful experience but the young man was friendly.

Our reservation was changed by uhaul 3 times. (The size of the truck, the location AND the time). It was very stressful during an already stressful time. When I called 1 800 go uhaul, I was transferred twice to no one - the call dropped.

U-Haul simply does not care about their customers, changing my 17footer truck to a mini Caravan at the last minutes was not a good thing to do especially to a family of 4ppl. Calling your representative did not help either, I remember her name was Danielle, she was rude and the way she talked to me as if I was getting that truck for free. Anyway, this is the last time ever with u-haul. A friend of mine moved a month before me and he warned me not to use U-haul but unfortunately I did not listen to him. It took me 6 trips and a whole day to move and we were 4 strong man. Customers do not care if the head office suck at managing this business. We only care when we have what u haul promised when bookings happens.

The truck was filthy dirty rags on the dash and old receipts on dash. Truck was so dirty unneeded to wipe off the mirrors and back window of the van. Service was okay. Also no windshield washer fluid in truck.

Top notch service Truck was awesome but the staff was impeccable. Young guy helped us with our reservation and I must say he went above and beyond to ensure our RSVP was awesome. I highly recommend this location and think the manager should give praise to the young guy working the desk. Only disappointment was I didn't grab his name to reference him personally.

Have a checklist that is checked to ensure that the unit is clean and ALL aspects of the truck are working as intended. Light in the box of the unit was not working and hence I had to load and unload the truck in near darkness. Clean the cab of the truck. Their was potato chip crumbs on the floor of the cab from a previous renter.

I am not satisfied with uhaul online booking. I booked 10feet truck, but I got a cargo van. For this issue, I had to drive several times between my old place and new place while 10feet truck needed a few times. Even they did not offer me any discounts for their mistake. If someone asks me about uhaul, I would not suggest him/her uhual.

This location has always been a very good location, the staffs there has always been very polite and effective, my only issue was that I was overcharged which was as a result of my pickup location that did not note the necessary things that were to be noted.

I was never told that the vehicle was to be picked up at that location. I arrived at the puck up location in the email sent to me by Uhaul and found out that the truck was on the other side of town.

I was originally told to pick up at Always towing on 29th St in Saskatoon. Went there ,at 10am, and was informed that my trailer wasn't there and had to go to Good morning carwash to pick it up. I wish I would have been notified about this instead of having to run around the city to find it. I was in a time crunch yesterday and this didn't help things. The staff at both ends were very good to deal with.

The location is very good. Professional and knowledgeable. I don’t like that Uhaul online lets you reserve a size of trailer but it might not be the size you get. Also that priority should s given to one way over round trip.

This original price I was quoted on-line was only about 50% of what I was quoted......very, very disappointing experience, nothing to do with the specific locations.

Using a credit card to pay the less than $200. Invoice I was billed for over $1300.00. A very quick phone call after my bank notified me of the charge it was explained as a computer clitch and was reversed. I could expect the adjustment within three to five days. This was not a computer clitch. I have spoken to my legal firm and. If this operation goes down prior to my adjustment I will expect to recover total reimbursement and recovery of all costs associated with the action.
