The representative Kyle was to involved in explaining about being broke in and did not concentrate on my rental. Because of his negligence at drop off in other area sun lakes Arizona I am being charged another $121. On top of $395. The trucks air wasn't working so I had to drive at night because it's so hot out here! The uhaul called me asking when I was bringing it back told them it has no air gentleman told me he has it rented and needs it asap I said I just told you it has no air and your still renting it out he was yelling at me and I was yelling back I said your just wrong to rent this out with no air and he told me he was gonna call it in stolen I laughed at him and said go ahead would never use that location againCHERYL L.

Get rid of poor franchisees. Initially J was directed to an Arco station on the corner of Hwy. 95 and Hancock. When I arrived, I was told that they don't do UHaul on weekends. While I was trying to locate another U Haul or Home Depot, thankfully, J got a call from a U Haul rep. Who directed me another franchisee. Your franchisees and their employees represent your brand, so you might consider cutting loose those who are not up to industry standards.Gary G.

When I asked for a receipt, I was told to wait for an email from U-Haul. I had to wait 3 days for them to check the trailer in, and it required 2 calls to U-Haul Customer Service (on hold for 1/2 hour each time), and 1 call to the contact number provided on the contract which turned out to be another of their locations, and they knew nothing regarding my return. The individual in the office made no attempt to assist me in my return and did not inspect the trailer.Joseph D.

I reserved a trailer 6 weeks prior to pick up in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Two days prior to pickup was informed I would have to drive over an hour to a different location for the trailer. This location was closed. Multiple phone calls later I was directed to a different town. This experience soured my rating.Steven N.

No one came out and looked at vehicle to make sure there was no damage. We were basically given the keys and told to look at gas because nothing they could do if it didnt match what was in the system. So we took a picture but I thought that was very unprofessional.Renee M.

The woman working in the office was basically incompetent. She repeatedly had to start over. She didn't even tell us where our vehicle could be found, just sent us out to the parking lot to search for it. This is not the first time with her. It was a slow process due to representative using a small tablet and slow internet. Provide them a larger laptop or desktop unit and insure internet connection is steady so that the check in process is fast and easy.Wes D.
