I was very satisfied from start to end. The lady who called me two days before scheduled rental was very friendly, turns out to be she was from El Paso (which was where I was heading to). Where I picked up the rental, the girl there too was very nice. My experience with U-haul was excellent. Thank you!

April LynchLocation is fine. The issue I had is that I had to do the whole transaction using their phone, talking to someone I hoped was actually doing a U-Haul transaction. I never signed anything, I left with no paperwork, and there was no one to ensure the equipment was safe. It all worked out but the whole process made me feel uneasy.

Ken CaudleI don’t know why I’m being charged $53 extra when they haul was cleaned and more gas was in it then when I picked it up and only used it for less then a day no reason why I should be getting an extra charged over a week later.

Randy GreenI have no complaints about this location. However, our original rental location was at 2323 N Harrison. I arrived early hoping to go ahead and pick up the trailer. The trailer we were scheduled to rent however had not been returned from previous renter yet (later than scheduled return). When I asked if we came back at our scheduled pick up time, would we get it then. The clerk stated only if they have returned it by then. Suddenly this became my problem and not hers. No extra trailers on premises except for one that was “already rented out”. The clerk called and found another available trailer at the Tecumseh location. It was only 12 miles away, but still an inconvenience for us. I rented from Harrison location because it was close to our house. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the clerk in Shawnee. She didn’t seem to care about our inconvenience. I told her they should be more prepared and have extra trailers on hand. I had used this location previously and was satisfied, but I won’t use them again. Once again, I have NO problem with the Tecumseh location.

Latasha TillisOwner had to change my pick-up time to earlier than I was ready for the truck, and he went above and beyond to accomodate me, including allowing me to pick-up the keys and sign papers when he was able to be there, but leave the truck in his parking lot until I was ready for it.

rebecca davisWas told it was a new trailer and was full of mud and trash the employees were bad talking all costumer's took $486 for the trailer and the lady that took the money keep some for her self as we were told we paid 380 when we dropped it off at new location she told me we would get some money back if we didn't use all 4 days and said she put on a army discount and then forgot we tried to call her boss as we never got paperwork on it and it wasn't tell 3 days after we dropped it off we got paperwork but it was wrong and I can go on there is a lot more I would like to talk to someone in corporate as I want to put in a complaint and explain better please call me as I have tried calling and I will try again
TRAVIS TAYLORThe reservation was shifted to this location and our pickup time was moved to 10am from 9am and then the staff didn’t show up until 11:30! Overall when the staff showed up they were friendly, but the inconvenience was enough to make me very dissatisfied with my experience.

She was polite, professional, and very helpful, answering our questions and helping us choose the best options for our needs. When we returned the unit she had already pulled up our information before we'd even parked.
TRENT HAMMONDNever got the furniture dolly that I had reserved with the truck App messed up would not let me take a picture of mileage on drop off... and I should get a refund for the extra gas I put in half a tank of gas in the truck....over the 1/4 that your company added.
