Carlos RWe did not deal with anyone at this location because it was a drop off after hours. But yet again, your company, U-Haul changed our drop off location on us. We tried to drop off at the location on our paperwork but was unable to do so. Called 800 customer service after not being able to get the online drop off to work for us. She was very helpful and got us to the location for drop off, again it was further out. Luckily the mileage didn't go over. We were taking some furniture to our daughter's and the mileage was close and a concern. After a long day driving in the rain and traffic it was an inconveinence to have to deal with all of this. Before our actual committing of the rental, I did much research on locations, mileage and price to rent the truck. We feel that if your information online gives these locations and times that they should be accurate and true. Especially, after the reservation is made.

Michael RI booked it with no safe tow. Had my boyfriend pick it up and the guy added safe tow without asking permission from him or me. Seemed nice over phone and boyfriend said nice in person, but doesn’t feel that way for adding a service we declined at beginning.

He situation was a last minute deal and I had less issues in the short time frame that he had to work with than most other locations. Anyone using this establishment should be cautioned that you will receive wonderful hometown treatment here.😎
Nicholas GThe trailer lights were not working and our driver had to fix them. The staff was very friendly when we picked up the truck and trailer. We weren't happy that we reserved both for a pick up at your Peachtree City location and ended up having to drive 45 minutes to Jonesboro.

Kathie Tthis truck had a blown axle seal. had less than 1/4 tank of gas and the floor inside the back was filthy; i drove it almost 300 miles and the rear axle was dripping with fluid. i did not notice it till it was loading and the road. i was told i was giving credit for the less than 1/4 tank I wasn't. As far as the axle I was told the rim is dirty and it will be fine.

Mark GI needed the black rubber chain locks? For the safety chains. He hooked it onto my truck and used those black rubber locks on the truck chain. But when I put the car on the dolly, I didn’t have them for safety chains for the car. The passenger side ratchet kept loosening up. I stopped 3 times to tighten it up to the car.
Carrie GDrop off location worker was extremely rude and used foul language in front of my wife and myself. Never deal with that location again.

MATTHEW CTrailer had bad tire, Graves Route 66 service did not hook up trailer nor gave any instructions. I was set to tow a 1956 ford F100 show truck that I just purchased. Had I not noticed the bad tire we could have had a accident got killed or killed someone else. I had to purchase a new tire before we left town. Your U haul person new of the bad tire and never made sure it was fixed. Good thing I did my own inspection of the trailer and proper ball size and light plugs and safety chains. I would like a call and a refund.
James WJordan and Patrick were absolutely phenomenal and really took care of us! The customer service in Kingman was seriously fantastic! Unfortunately, the truck turned out to be a real piece of junk … but I’m not sure who to blame that on.
