Rented a dolly, got to the place and there was not one available at all. When I first reserved my spot, I added that on, got to the place to pick up the truck and there was none.

Gray's did a great job. I was not happy with my final bill. I was not told that the insurance cost $14 per day when the truck was kept additional days. I feel this was very miss leading. I would not have carried the insurance if I had known this. For 14 days the truck was just sitting in my drive way not moving. Why would I have paid for insurance when there was no danger of it getting damaged, especially at $14 per day. Overall my experience with UHaul on this move has been very disappointing. I plan to never use you again if at all possible,

Was a little disappointed that I had to drive 60 miles to get the truck size I wanted. However, the service and kindness of this staff made up for that disappointment. Very friendly, kind, and helpful people.

I would recommend the U-Haul in Benton over the large one in Paducah because they in Paducah they were rude disrespectful and we're not willing to help at all in our time of need but the people in Benton were very understanding and helped us get hooked up and on our way quickly

Check electrical connections. The dolly I rented had a plug. Luckily my car lights connector worked so I didn't need the dolly lights.

They new the truck had a broken glass and my little girl cut her hand on it the lady at the site ripped us off of 20 cash truck was nasty and jumping going down the road just upset and I love uhaul it was just unexpected
