The location and staff there were AMAZING. But the process of the 24/7 truck share pickup was awful. I sat at the truck for 15 minutes waiting for rental approval even though I booked the truck an hour before hand. Why can't you just start the approval process before I am standing beside the truck?Robert T.

However, I tried to drop it off at County Road location and was lied to by clerk. He send me over 45 minutes in the wrong direction to another drop off place. It was t even a u hail place. Today, I went to talk to the manager and he refused to discuss the error and and demanded that I leave his facility. Spoke to corporate. I will never use I haul again under any circumstances!Paula P.
Had to return the truck at 8AM on a Holiday because "customer service" said they would charge me for ANOTHER DAY if I kept the truck until 10AM. Guess what? NO ONE WAS AT THE RETURN LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY! So why did I rush to empty the truck in the pouring rain at 10PM the night before? I was disappointed from the time I picked up this truck in Ft. Collins (wrong size AND it leaked in the rain) right up until I returned it TO AN EMPTY LOT. Is there a ZERO STAR rating? The pickup location was good. The reservation system was horrible. I talked to a national rep, was promised a 15' truck to be picked up near my home. They open at 6:00 AM so was promised that. Two days before my trip, I got a message that I could pick up my truck at 10:00 AM in Brighton, on the far north side of Denver, I live in the far south end of Denver. So not anywhere near the location that was promised and the time was 4 hours later than I had booked. I took it because I had no choice, and scrambled to get another helper to help load. I finally called back to see if a smaller truck was available closer to home, which is why I ended up with a 10' truck.. I ended up not taking everything I had planned because I had far less space. All in all, your system has a lot of room for improvement.jack K.

Very hard to find. A visible sign that this was a Uhaul dealer would have been great! Parking was tricky and the grounds are a mess. Self check in was a NIGHTMARE which is the fault of Uhaul. Figuring out how to get that done took half an hour or more and seemed like it is designed to squeeze the extra $20 out of customers to call for assistance. Very unpleasant way to end a hard day of packing, driving an unfamiliar truck, unpacking and trying to find this location. Did not convince me that there isn't a better moving company out there to try next time.rey B.

The 15 foot truck was awful!! The alignment was so bad that in able to drive truck straight the steering wheel was completely sideways!! Combine that with 60 mph winds in Nebraska!!!! I explained this when dropped off, but the 2 very poorly educated gentleman didn't say one word when I told him what was wrong. I paid over 1,000 and not one person offered a discount or anything for giving us a truck that easily could have killed us. Steering wheel sideways for 14 hour drive in high winds towing a suv!!!! Very poor service at sante fe location in Denver! Female was very rude behind desk.... I wouldn't suggest uhaul to anyone I know and care about! Obviously these vehicles are not maintained and they told us they wipe down cab and disinfect it... nope! Trash under seats.. truck stunk like smoke! So during these epidemic times it is very important to disinfect.. they said they did that. But like I said we had to take time out to clean it. Then.... 2 days after I dropped it off the Waterloo location called me wanting to know where there truck and trailer were??? Unreal! I told him to check his camera system and call me back cause I dropped it off already!!! Seems like uhaul will hire the worst of the worst! Thanks uhaul for making our trip shitty as hell!!! Not 1 Star for this shit show rude ass company!!!! I'm gonna give them the worst review on every rental, yelp, any site I can find!!!!Mark K.

The truck had 143K miles on it. The drivers side door rattled. The noise from the drivers window was so loud I had to use ear plugs for our over 900 mile trip. The oil light came on 10 miles after we picked it up. Road side assistance put approximately 1 gal of oil in it. Why would we get an old worn out rattle trap truck for our long move? It wss absolutely horrible!kelly S.

I dropped the uhaul off at 2:00am after working 14 hours that day. The app kept telling me there was an issues every time I tried to take a picture and it would send me back to the start. I sat there for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get it to work until finally I called Uhaul customer service. Was pretty upset but glad that customer service was able to get me into a bed at last.William P.

This location was completely inept. Sent us out with a trailer with no electrical. The correct trailer was not matched with the rental paperwork. The customer service was poor. They employees had no idea how to use the UHAUL system. On top of that they messed up the trailer and truck pick up so I am being charged twice despite being told I'd receive a refund for the overcharge amount. Now I need to dispute this issue with customer service. I did not request this location for pickup. I chose a UHAUL facility with good ratings. This location was given to me at the last minute and it was completely useless. It made the start of my move incredibly difficult and stressful.elysia S.

Originally the U haul website reserved me a truck at their Lakewood,CO location. Unfortunately when I arrived there was no truck available. However the staff quickly found me a truck down in Littleton. 30 minutes later I was on the road. Not happy with the website but happy with the staff in Lakewood and Littleton.Robert S.

I ended up spending an hour and a 1/2 on the phone talking to customer service and having an extremely poor experience for something that should have been easy. The Greese Monkey location you partner with is extremely run down and falling apart. Their phone is disconnected. I think they tried to commit fraud.MARC G.
Well too be honest your on-line reservation system had a serious glitch with our rental. Our email confirmation showed our pickup at the Grease Monkey at 6549 S Broadway but we get there and no reservation on file. Luckily they had a trailer that we just rented as a walk-in. Then about 2pm I get a call from the Big Tool Box at 8080 S Holly St asking if we still needed our trailer that we reserved. As you see your system reserved a trailer at one location but sent us to another location for pickup. FYICharles M.

Not much can be done - the location was very small and negotiating the entry/exit with a large truck was not the easiest. On the plus side, they were the only U-Haul dealer within 10 miles that had open hours that fit our schedule.That alone would be enough for me to recommend them to anyone else in the same position.Michelle D.

I have to admit I am a little frustrated with my experience...nothing to do with the location I picked up at. I tried to go in to a different store off of County Line yesterday and get the process started so I could make today go by faster. I was told if I start the process, the fee would start. I looked online and the cost for a car dolly was $45...when I got to the location, that cost went from $45 to 85...this is unacceptable. Why would the price almost double from what is posted online. Seeing as how I needed, UHaul made off like bandits, as I only used the dolly for under two hours. The price inflation is absolutely absurd, and I will do my best never to use UHaul again.Phil S.

This was my third location of the day as I was sent on a wild goose chase to another location after being turned away at the location that I originally booked a 10 foot truck but was then LIED TO and told I had booked a van which is inaccurate. When I walked in to drop off my trailer the first thing the employee said was â€œyou're not dropping that off hereâ€. Apparently the system didn't show my trailer being returned to this location though it was on my paperwork. That being said I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor by finally accepting the trailer. The location was disgusting and doesn't represent U-Haul well. I was glad to get out of there and must say the drop off experience was the low point of the trip.Robert T.
