Receptionist was rude from the start and than threatened me with a broom when I returned vehicle. Complete psycho.
jordan slateThe truck was clean inside. But the outside of the truck was filthy, and didn't realize how unsafe it was to drive until the sun went down. With newer vehicles having headlights that throw brighter beams I couldn't see the lane recognition. I had to find a safe place to pull over & had to clean them 3 times until I felt safe enough to drive the truck to our destination.

EDMUND JACKSONI dropped this off on a day the store was closed and used the U-Haul app. The app did not work and had to chat with support to finalize my return. This location shares a very small parking lot and my 26' rental truck barely fit. I have no issues with the rental locations themselves, just the on-line and app driven service that U-Haul offers.

alicia ziglerI am sure it’s my fault for not fully understanding. However: I rented on Saturday just before closing. I knew they were closed on Sunday. I figured 24 hours was a loose 24 since they would not be renting on Sunday. I think I had the trailer for 29 hours because I was not worried about getting it back exact at the 24 hour mark. Got charged for 2 full days on the trailer. Really? Like I said I am sure it’s my fault but I really will avoid U-Haul in the future.

MARVIN REICHERTI chose to deal with everything online however, was having issues with logging in so I went inside to the front desk. Not sure her name, but the lady was super rude when I asked questions. After I finally figured out how to log on, it said the keys were inside the UHaul so I looked everywhere only to have to go back inside for them. And she rudely told me that the keys wouldn’t be in there. Will definitely refer family and friends to a different location.

Gary BaxterOverall, I had a very positive experience. The app is very intuitive and makes the process convenient and fairly painless. My only complaint is that, at first, the app directed me to the wrong website. Fixing that bug would be nice. Other than that, great job.
Joseph VaughnDo not go here unless you want to be insulted and offended. The service was horrible. We had a problem with the mobile pick up so we went into the office. We had mistyped the phone number when ordering online. She literally told us "you need to get your shit together". Um... ok... maybe she thought she was being funny? But then when we had told her I was paying, but the reservation was in my sister's name. She told us "in the future, if you don't know what you're doing is best that you don't do it". Excuse me? Ok, this isn't funny anymore, it's just rude. She was telling us she'd been in the business for 20 years, showed us the cuts on her fingers (Why? Gross.) and then she started bashing another customer. Someone had bought an auction with a lot of Buddhist objects and she expresed she doesn't understand why anyone would buy 'a bunch of weird Buddhist stuff". I study Buddhism. A lot. It's beautiful, not weird. We had to do an inspection of the truck. There were so many points of damage that hadn't been previously marked on the outside that the mobile check in wouldn't let me take enough pictures to show all of them. We had ordered to rent 2 furniture dollies. We didn't get those.
Misty BradyThis uhaul was rear wheel drive and it didn’t help that the tires were pretty much bald. Was dangerous driving it in very very little amount of snow (an inch even where you can still see pavement???) and got stuck in 2 inches of snow on a neighborhood main road.

Tresa BrenckleLocation and customer service was great! We did however get charged an extra day because of uhauls rules on rentals, we were 2 hours late returning. Really wish they could charge you for partial days instead of having to charge for full 24 hours.
ALESIA BOHMRude customer service, she called someone an idiot in front of me for a minor mistake. The shop had a sign saying ‘gun control is using two hands’. This was incredibly offensive for a business to have especially after all of the shootings. I will never use them again.
