Harriette LandonCustomer prior to me left a ton of trash in the truck i had to clean myself. I got charged more than double what we agreed on with no explanation and after i was well gone and couldn’t do anything about it. Customer service was non existent. No one should ever use this location. They straight up will STEAL right out of your bank account. If I don’t get a refund for AT LEAST the difference between the amount i agreed to and the amount i was charged, I will be a permanent problem for uhaul.

Mickey CarterWhen I drove the truck I took a pic of where the gas was and she did tell me I had to have it back at 1/4 a tank but it wasn’t even there when I got in it I showed the employer on shift the picture and they still ended up taking money from my card for gas when that shouldn’t be I understand I signed a contract but if that contract is the same for everyone then the truck should have been at the correct gas line from the start because I put it back where the previous driver had it at and they do that not right at all but other than that it was a okay experience as my first uhaul experience

Gwendolyn BurrisI had a reservation locally (within 2 mi). However, I was later told that there were no trucks available and my pick up location was switched to this location (22 miles away). On my way to pick up the truck I passed 4 u-haul locations which had the same truck on the property. These same truck were still on the property when I passed them again to go back the location (22 miles) to drop of the vehicle. I do not appreciate that my reservation after being made was transferred. This switching of locations added an extra 2.5 hours to my project. Please increase your base rate for the vehicles and don't try to make it up in mileage charges.

Robert BrennanThat depends on UHAUL location. The person working at the Raeford location was not capable of hooking the car hauler up. That was a none issue because hooking up was something I could do myself. That might not be the case for other customers.

Chauntay NolenThe uhaul I rented was used for an hour and half. I was around a 40 mile round trip and I was charged 67 buck then on top of that I had to put around 25 buck back in it for gas. Just to expensive I've rented alot of uhaul but this one spot was to high
JAMES LONGI ordered two dozen blankets and none were to be had there, or at any of the other U-haul locations in tha area. That was a total bummer. We had furniture to move and no blankets - that was the whole reason for going to you folkds.
