Was charged 12$ for a furniture dolly and the rental in Calhoun didn't have a dolly but couldnt get my money refunded.

Jose OThe employee was not knowledgeable and was no help with refunding me for the missing equipment. The site is rented the truck from ( Tampa Florida) ensured that I would be refunded upon dropping off the truck. Did NOT happen.
Karen BThis location was closed during business hours on the day when my pick up was scheduled. Was told by a neighboring business that he always closes every Friday but the publicized business hours are not adjusted. The neon open sign was even lit in the window when we arrived.
