$25 for cleaning!!!!!, swept inside out, we spent at least 30min, washing outside with water, with all doors closed, did not know water gets inside back, when we were in the office to return, the inspector could have told us, I am 73yrs old, I could have jumped inside and dried it out with a towel, it would not have cost me $25. Did not know it did not have a lifter to help take in and out our two 6ft refrigerators, we dropped one of them, Alan and I are 73 and 74yrs, we had to move all this ourselves, and what is a safe move? The employees were nice, but did not know answer to some questions.

We were charged for gas and cleaning even though we returned the equipment within hours of renting it, with the same amount of gas and nothing to be cleaned. Plus, the guy was rude when we brought the truck back.

One of the guys working was extremely sarcastic to the point of rude and wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on the truck size we rented. He even went so far to say that size truck shouldn’t be offered, not a good look for someone supposed to be representing the Uhaul brand…We ignored his comments and knew the truck size was perfect for what we needed, and it was. Fortunately, the other associate working was very kind and made up for the other guy.

The gentlemen who assisted me was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I may be wrong but If I'm correct his name was David and he took his time with me even though it was close to closing time.

Showed up at 4:00 PM which was my pickup time to a closed business with a locked door and "OPEN" sign turned off. The business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM so I set my pickup time early. As I started walking to my truck to get on the phone to call corporate, the guy came and opened the door. He then checked me out for renting the small 10-foot box truck. I asked him about the fuel, and he said as long as I brought the vehicle back at a little over 3/4 of a fuel tank like it had in it, I would be good. I drove the vehicle for 39 miles total to pick up some furniture. I went to the gas station and put $10.00 worth of fuel prior to dropping it off. It ended it having a little more fuel than what was previously in it. The next day I receive a receipt with a $8.50 fuel charge. I contacted UHAUL by email and they stated that I did not fill the vehicle back up with gas. I then contacted the Coporate office and finally got it straightened out. It is a small amount of money, but to me, that was uncalled for especially since the manager knew that the vehicle was just over 3/4 of a tank prior to me departing with the vehicle. I will take services to another place from now on.

Said they were open to 5:30. Dropped the truck at 5:15 and everything was locked up. Two days later, U Haul calls and wants to know why I hadn’t returned the truck. A day after that, the truck was finally checked in

This location for drop off was suggested by UHaul to “save money” on rental. It was a 20 minute drive away and ended up having to put more gas in the vehicle just to drop it off. I feel ripped off by UHaul. Only needed the truck for a day. Picked up around 9am and dropped off before 6pm but had to pay for 48 hours of use even though I just needed it for 9 hours. What a rip off!!!

It’s not the locations fault but Uhaul doesn’t give enough miles to get from point A to B with the distance traveled.

Worst U-Haul dealer I have dealt with. Reservations was at 9 am, no one answered any calls or showed up until 10:20. I will never recommend or use this location for any storage or moving needs in the future.

This location was supposed to be open when I returned the truck and it was not. I subsequently received a text from Uhaul stating that I was late turning in the vehicle even though I was not. This is a great location to rent a truck but they could do a much better job of cleaning their vehicles.

Windshield wipers really needed replacing. Padlock on back was rusted and inoperable. Blankets were not secured in bag when I checked it out. I had to go back inside to tell them so I wouldn’t be charged.

The uhaul cab was filthy. They clearly did not clean it after the previous user. There were crumbs in cup holders, food wrappers on the floor as well as used mouth retainers. The two gentleman were very nice and accommodating and even gave us an extra day due to some drop off location mistakes. They did not have furniture pads that I had ordered and did not charge us for them.

Well I dropped the trailer off the same day I rented it (Picked up at noon on Sunday 10/23 and dropped off at 3pm on Sunday 10/23) and I checked on the app and dropped my contract off in the box as instructed. However, today (10/25) I was charged a late fee because my drop off wasn't processed until 7pm on Monday (10/24). So, i paid the extra $30 that should not have been billed. The funny thing is I'm moving on 10/30 and was planning on renting from this Uhaul, but thanks to this $30 charge I'll never do business with Uhaul again. Just paid Pods $1100 for my move this weekend. That would've gone to renting from this Uhaul location, but hopefully 30 bucks serves the company well. Clearly you guys needed it more than I did, and the company missed out on bigger business over it. Enjoy.

The locks were super hard to open. The truck inside floor was sticky. My reservation wasn't linked to my account and took a hour to get figured out for my 24/7 pick up.

Although I can’t think of anything this location can improve on, I did have some serious challenges. I reserved my truck for a different city. My confirmation indicated I’d get a call if my truck wouldn’t be there. So I went there, but no truck. I called and was told to go to this other city. When I got there, they had no record of anything for me. So even that took a long time. But they were working hard to help solve my problem, and ultimately did. My only other complaint is the gas was about 1/16th to an 1/8th below half. I turned it in about that much above half.

1st of all my reservation was altered by U-haul and I had to drive over 10 miles out of my way to pick up the truck I reserved. Secondly the cab was dirty when I picked it up with hair and spilled drinks in the cup holders. Lastly, the moving blankets I paid for were not in the truck.
