Truck cab had trash in it, windshield was incredibly dirty, nothing was wiped down in this time of COVID I'm pretty disappointed. I had to sweep out the truck there was dirt and debris in the back. There was an 18 inch tear in the left rear roof, I had to tape it and put up cardboard so rain didn't ruin my furniture. The windshield wipers were so worn out they did not clear water. The front suspension bounced so much on the highway some of my items were damaged and made it very uncomfortable to drive. The 3.5mm aux jack for the stereo was broken. The truck is also massively under powered. I was very disappointed with the truck and how it performed, I feel like I was overcharged for the equipment uhaul provided me with.Jason C.

It was at a gas station. There wasn't a service counter for Uhaul so I was in the way of the gas station customers. It was a weird location to rent a truck from.John M.
The location and the local team was great. The UHaul experience as a whole was not. I requested a reservation for a truck just 2 miles down the road, never got a confirmation, and when I called the night before to confirm I was told the nearest truck available was more than 30 minutes away. So inconvenient â€” and incredibly frustrating that I was not notified sooner that my request could not be accommodated. Again, the local team was great. I have no complaints about them.DEVIN S.

Just make sure the truck is safe to drive. The staff there was very nice & helpful. Also the app to return the truck sucked! It kept kicking me out of the system every time I had to take a picture to go onto the next question. Although this was not my original location to drop off the employee was very helpful and accepted the trailer without any issue, even though the location was under staffed. The U-Haul clerk was also the convenient store/gas station attendant and the poor lady was busy none stop. GET HER SOME HELP!!! The issue was really with the (800)) toll free number I phoned to try to change the location of drop. Rather then drive 30+Mike's I located a drop location just 4 miles away from home. I was finally put in touch with a young lady who changed the drop location for me while on the phone. I believe her name was Victoria. Although pickup and drop-off were great. The trailer needs the lights worked on. This is not a reflection of the rental location or the people there it is UHaul's equipment and should be rotated and repaired on a regular schedule. The folks at Greenleaf Express were wonderful and helpful. I didn't have the right connector and a guy that just happened to be in there let me borrow his. Great people.MARYJO P.

Have the truck available at the location I requested especially since it had the $50 guarantee and not make me drive an extra half hour. I then got to the location and was told 24/7 and it was not. They also did not have the appliance dolly I had ordered. I was than charged for one way instead of a day truck. However the did give me enough miles so I didn't get charged per mileSHERYL LYNN R.

The hours at this location are great and the employee was friendly and helpful. I intend to use this location for trailer rental services again. Everything was fine but it was a bit more "do it yourself" than some U-Haul locations. I had to unhook and remove the trailer by myself. Well we could talk about your 26 foot truck whose bright idea was it to shorten the pull out ramp do they even know how hard it is to push something up a ramp that steep that is another thing that is very poor customer service just to save a few bucks on the Length of the ramp I probably will not rent another one of those until it changesRonald K.
Hds no supplies and no help, staff did not even know what size hitch ball the trailers required. Coupler was defective and wouldn't go fully on the ball, ended up damaging the bumper of my truck because of it. Had to walk through 3" of slush to even get to the trailer.Steven M.

The tongue weight on the trailers is so much that it is hard to lift the unit to place on ball. I would recommend a stand or something that would make it easier to get hooked up. It is hard for a single individual to accomplish the hitching on the vehicle.Don G.
Told to go out back and hook up then come back for me to check it out. My Car to Trailer pig tail would not fit into my new 2019 Buick! Do you have any that I can buy? She said , just go back and take one of a trailer? I explained to her that the problem was my â€œ pigtailâ€ . She then showed me a wire bundle. No, that is not what I need. I needed the trailer, told her I would go to Jackson to get a pigtail hookup. She said nothing and I drove away.. no lights. We live in the country so I was not concerned. My wife was, but ?I was not. We decided to go to Adrian as there are multiple Uhaul dealers. We stopped at a Uhaul dealer on Maumee . They did not have a pigtail, but this location was dirty and NOT representative of most Uhaul facilities! By now, ?I am rather testy! I stopped at a an O'Reilly and found what I needed, hanging on a rack for $21!! Why do Uhaul dealers NOT carry this essential item?? I most likely was NOT the first to have this problem! The lady at Greenleaf was very pleasant and as helpful as she was possible. This is a gas station, connivence store and snack shop along with a phone that rang!! She was alone!! Unacceptable customer service, knowledge of those taking care of customers and not enough staff to connect the trailer and assist in issues like I had! Plus, the area where the trailers are stored is a m7d bowl, luckily it was not raining! Your 5X9 motorcycle trailer is WONDERFUL!! I returned the trailer to Bee Line Uhaul in Port Orange, Fl. This place is on the ball! I hardly had the car in park and the attendant was there unhooking. Friendly, courteous and thanked me for using Uhaul!! They get my 5 star award!Larry T.

A two-day rental on a small trailer for $150 is way too much. Also, stop renting heavy trailers without a tongue jack/stand. I would not have rented had I known you really went on the cheap with a standard part of all trailers and farm equipment. Parking lot full of huge mud puddles.Steven H.

Employees were not trained on how to even set up a contract, it took 2 hours to check out when we had already done it online. It took so long that I missed the event I was making the trip out for in the first place. Very disgusted will never recommend u haul to anyone. I will be taking my money elsewhere and making sure everyone I know does too. Original online contract was for $28.00 but when we got to the pickup location the teller told us it was $60 because we paid in cash and we found out later that she put us in for 2 days instead of one. Called customer service because the insurance was also not put on like we wanted and we had to turn around after driving 30 miles to go back to original location to add insurance. Then it took them at least 5 different contract attempts to get it right and even had to call their representative because they couldn't figure it out. I think it's rediculous that the customer service rep could not just add insurance over the phone or at another location so we wouldn't have had to turn around. Plus one if the tires on the trailer was in very poor condition we we're lucky to make it to our destination. The rubber is literally peeling off!Russell B.
