I rent Uhaul frequently from Greens Office supply in Browns Mills and I love everything about it. Even when the store is closed it's ok because the Uhaul website walks me through the service step by step and it's very easy .Mark B.
U-Haul needs to have cruise control on all their vehicles. Do you know how hard it is to keep your foot on the gas pedal and having to watch your speed on a 17+ hour drive? It drains you so much faster than if there was cruise control. Having another tie down rail in the back on the truck would be great instead of just the two. Better headlights. Not top of the line expensive ones but something brighter. Was very difficult to see the road in front of me when I was around other cars. I ordered 2 dozen blankets and only got 3. There was also a dolly and a furniture dolly in the back that I didn't order or need so more stuff to worry about when I shouldn't have.Turner F.

This is NOT a complaint about Greens Office Supply, which was easy to deal with. This IS a complaint about U-Haul. The truck I reserved was not available at the location I requested. Instead, I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck + 30 minutes back to the moving location. I was only told this the night before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I also ordered 24 pads, a utility dolly, and a hand truck. Only the truck and 6 pads were available. So due to the extra time needed to get the truck to my location and the lack of pads available, I was forced to load the truck with furniture and household items that were could not be properly secured. This resulted in damage to some items that cannot be replaced. I am very disappointed in U-Haul. How can you expect people to move safely when you can't guarantee truck locations and don't even provide the supplies requested. I will not be using U-Haul anytime again soon!Hasan D.

From the moment I set my reservation up I couldn't set a drop-off location, this bothered me because when moving all of my goods I want a set-in-stone plan. U-Haul did not allow me to set a drop-off location on the website which hindered a lot of my planning from the beginning. When I got to my pick-up location the representative wasn't allowed to set one either! What a pitiful excuse for a system interface! Instead he set a town close to where I was moving. The DAY OF my scheduled drop-off I was told where I would be dropping it off and at a specific time. I was NOT told about this at all prior to getting the trailer or even upon pickup. Ridiculous that U-Haul thinks it can just tell me where to drop it off without any warning. I would have had no problem had I been given proper time to get to that location. When I got to the drop-off location they didn't even know I was coming. When it was all said and done the representatives at Greens Office Supply were amazing and helpful, but then upon drop-off they said I owed $29.00 because U-Haul said the trailer was late! Insane!? I was NEVER told when to drop my trailer, and to try to asses a $29.00 late fee is absolute insanity. I was informed the trailer was due at 10:15 am and it was 11:00 am when I finally got to the location. The workers of Greens Officer Supply were very helpful and waived the fee for me. With this whole experience I told both Mud & Snow and Green Office Supply to get out of the U-Haul business because it is awful and they don't deserve to SUFFER through a patchwork, unprofessional excuse for a company. Greens location needs to clean and inspect the trucks upon return, actually walk outside with the customers. The professionalism was awful in the way they distributed an Uhual product to a customer. The cab stunk with small pieces of trash laying around. The cup holders were sticky with melted chocolate, the oil life was at 2% and I had problems during the trip because of it. It also made a loud noise when at a certain speed going down the road. I made an attempt to go through the app to report it and also when I arrived to pick up the truck the app was not correct. I got tired of waiting on someone to reach out so I personally bought oil and added it myself and took off. I did clean the inside Cab and put a air fresher In it. It was definitely returned better than I received it.Samantha M.

They really helped me out. My reservation was at Estelle's ( Browns Mills). When I went there , employees were being arrested & I couldn't get my rental. I went to Greens because I saw a trailer there.James C.

The location had two people working there. One woman who was on her cell on speaker talking to someone the whole time while finalizing my order. The man notified me that even though I pre paid for movers wrap, they didn't have it bc someone â€œProbably stole itâ€ and they couldn't figure out how to refund me so I would need to call Uhaul and â€œfigure it out yourself.â€ I got into the truck which reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not full as they said it was but I was late for the move so i just left. Upon return, the same gentleman could not figure out how to get my receipt emailed so I Just left. I will not be using this location again and do not recommend.Elizabeth D.

Make sure the vehicle have enough fuel in it before you pick it up , the fuel gauge was on empty,I Had to purchase gasolne before using it,I had to purchase fuel which cost me $13.01,the vehicle dirty inside especially the seats and sweet Stuff on the door.George S.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had with any company. Now I have used Uhaul at other locations and had no problem before. This lady working at this location clearly did not care about her job and was far more worried about the fact that it was Friday and that she had planned on getting out of there by six. I got there at 5:30p to pick up a reserved truck. She first wasted time with her personal conversations while I was standing there and than spent the entire time swearing and explaining how she hates doing uhual (this is not an actual uhaul store they do a few other things like ups and fedex). She ends up calling her boss for help who she rudely hangs up on. The experience at this location was unbelievably terrible I had filed my first customer complaint ever.nasteha A.

Vehicle was dirty with soda containers cigarettes and smelled like people were smoking inside. The gate of the truck was not working well and got stuck towards the last hour of my use. Cutting my hand as I tried to fix it.Michael W.

This was A1 service and I am confident in recommending this company to anyone!!! My only suggestion would be maybe having more trucks available..I say this because while signing my U-haul contract, several calls came by people looking for certain sizes U-hauls, but all were already reserved. The only negative (and nothing to do with Green's Office Supply) is that I filled out the request online to pick up in my area. Less than 24 hours before pick up I was told I'd need to drive nearly 30 mi to get the truck. This is not good--wasted a good deal of my time. If it wasn't for Tony at Green's Office, I'd probably have cancelled. BTW, though UHaul gave me add'l miles, I had to pay for the gas to get the truck back home, not very good.Rick C.

Mr. Green had been very informative.. he was a pleasure to deal with and if I ever need another rental I will definitely go there. he made this experience great. I was even advised of local closed roads when I picked up the truck. Through conversation they knew where I would be going and let me know that over the weekend some bad weather had downed trees and power lines closing the road and I may need to find an alternate route.JEAN R.
