Although the location was big and easy to get in and out of the person working the office was clueless on how to use any of the equipment. Every question we asked her she had to call someone else.

Was closed due to no internet when I arrived. PU location changed day before with no notice. Had to drive 20 miles out of way.

Internet service was down so staff left early for the day. U-Haul app was being difficult during return and did not have a spot to input mileage or fuel remaining. Otherwise easy to find and easy to navigate, but systems made return difficult.

I know things happen, but when I arrived (early) to return my rental trailer, the place was closed with a sign taped to the door “Sorry, we have closed due to internet issues”. I called the number that was on the sign and nobody answered, but I got a text back that they would call me back. I replied to the text that I was at their location to drop off a trailer. I got a call back asking me to take the trailer to another location, which they agreed to let me drop it where it was. I took pictures of the paperwork and trailer and texted them back to that person. Not ideal, but the job was done. I have another rental for this weekend with the return to the same location. Drop off was easy although their site was not listed as a location in the self drop off so I had to call the owner. He was nice and had me just send a picture that I left it and he checked it in for me.

Open signs are left on when there is clearly nobody there. Had trouble unlocking the lockbox. Had to call customer service to assist because nobody was there. Employee was late getting there to open store, and then forgot his key to o0en the door.

I wanted a bigger truck and was told there wasn't any. The next day she told me they had the size I wanted the whole time. I ended up not switching because I needed to get moved but took me alot longer and alot more money. Very frustrating

I made m y reservation through the App which sent me to one location for a 9 am pick up. I arrived at the location indicated on the App only to be told that my pick up was at another location. In the end it all worked out well but initially it was confusing and could have caused valuable set backs. Overall it was a god experience the location was able to take care of the problem and honored the reservation.

The truck I rented, the gas was between 1/4 to 1/2 tank. Got gas before I dropped it off. Took the truck to Greenwood and got a email saying that the gas gauge shows it’s between E to 1/4 tank which is not true. They end up charging me for milage and fuel of $126.74. I did call them and they weren’t helpful.

Tried to return on date scheduled and they closed early because of a dentist appointment and no where to drop trailer and no one was available to help me or answer any questions or phone the next day? The tenant said he would not charge me because of the troubles two days later I see charges on my account and he said just take it up with U-Haul. zero customer service support unless you have skill set an email and their app no one can help you’re either on the way.

We rented a trailer and a ball. The original location transferred our order to another location that had the trailer but not the ball forcing us to go to yet a third location to get the ball. This caused a considerable delay.

Right off the Highway made it easy to pick up and get on my way. Trailer was a little older, but new flip hook up was great. Overall very happy with ease of rental and service provided by this facility.

I said yes to I would recommend a friend, however, I'd like to take the time to say how one of the main problems I had dealing with this company went for me, and hopefully this review will be taken seriously. There were on several occasions where I needed some answers to some questions I had about the truck I rented. I was almost Always patched through to some "national" hotline to U-Haul, and not the location directly, and 9 times out of 10 they did not know or couldn't answer my questions. I once even talked to someone at the location, and the lady said she was there by herself and she didn't know the answer and she'd have to wait to get the "answer" when the Manager was in. I think all people or at least someone is at the location while it's open to answer people's questions. These are basic questions by the way, i.e., like how much if I extend for another week, or if I return it early if I say I'm going to keep it a week. At any rate, by far, the biggest problem with U-Haul that I had over the last month or so, was "Communication"...It was either lack of communication, or couldn't understand someone from the national line. Other than that, the truck worked out for what we needed, and although I wish it was cheaper, I know it's a business and you all have to make your money too. :)

Made a reservation for a uhaul and upon arrival noticed that there was no one at the location despite it being during business hours. Called a number on the door for assistance. The person who answered tells me, “I’ve got 9 people here so you’re just gonna have to wait.” A hour and a half goes by and we finally get the keys to the uhaul. A HOUR AND A HALF. The worst customer service ever. No apology. No let’s make it right. Nothing. Then we get in the uhaul and the ENGINE LIGHT is ON. I was beyond irritated. This entire rental experience was the absolute worst and I wouldn’t even think to waste my breathe to refer someone here.

We got the truck no problem had it a short time less than a hour he had down 3 hours not what we told the kid.then when it was returned he did not check it in right away. I had to call and tell him to check it back in. Because I got a text telling me what time it had to be back by. So our experiences at the different locations are not so good.

No improvement needed. Young lady at the counter was very helpful since two of the 15' trucks had to have repairs. I still got my order taken care of and staff was helpful. I would recomend to friend. Thank You!
