I called twice within 2 hours to book a rental for the following day and no one called me back after saying they would call me back. I had to physically go down to the store in-person an hour before they closed to ensure I would have a rental locked in. When I got in the truck this morning, the tank was half full. I went back into the store and the employee told me it's fine and that he will make a note in my reservation about the gas level. I took a photo of the gas gauge with a time stamp, just in case. After returning the truck more than half full, 3/4 to be exact, I also took a photo of the gas gauge with a time stamp. He again assured me he would make sure I didn't get charged. An hour later I get the receipt with an almost $50 charge for the gas not being full. I called UHAUL customer service and was given pushback from the customer service person, stating the extra gas charge refund may or may not be approved. This is unacceptable and will not be using your company again if this is how you treat your customers.MARCELDWIGHT D.

Checking out his difficult. If you can figure it out on your phone you have to ask somebody for help and if you do that it'll cost you $20 had to get someone on the street to help me I have Parkinson my handshakes it's hard to do the phone and I'm elderly and if I ask for help from the store you'll charge me $20MICHAEL L.
I put 4 miles on the van and had to add 1-1/2 gallons of gas upon return...some people... Not the owner's fault. He's very nice and efficient.RONALD S.
AS usual, the UHAUL computer system is unbelievably slow. I have rented from this location many times and it is always the computer system that makes renting an extremely tedious project. Staff was friendly, helpful and worked as fast as the computer would allow.JAY M.

The truck that was rented reeked of cigarette smoke and there wasn't a drop of windshield wash in the truck. The windows were very dusty and has dead bugs. Please make sure you have windshield wash for the next person at least.PAMELA R.

The man working the desk was brand new and doing it all himself while being extremely uneducated about the entire Uhaul system and how computers work. I had checked in online and still stood at the desk for 35 minutes waiting for him to figure out which trailer I was taking and how I could pay. He needs more training and it's unfair to him to leave him behind the counter when he knows nothing. Also, I moved 1.5 hours away and was told I was not allowed to leave the trailer in the new location so I had to drive an empty trailer 1.5 hours back to the pick up location and 1.5 hours home to my new house after the fact. Not only was it extremely inconvenient, but it is very unsafe to drive with an empty trailer. Poor planning and management on Uhaul's part as well as whoever hired and trained the new Uhaul guy at Greg's True Value.Anna P.

It was painless to reserve the truck. Very good communication after. The truck we wanted wasn't available but they upgraded us for no extra charge. Clean and dependable vehicle. We returned it on time after the store closed but was emailed instructions how to return truck and keys. This was a great experience.DONALD J.
I had a gift card from uhaul from a prior poor experience (my whole move has been a mess dealing with uhaul). The gentleman setting up my trailer and collecting payment kept telling me my gift card was not found, even though I was staring at my screen with the gift card amount balance. He was getting increasingly irritated as the line of people formed behind me, so I just paid the full total. Very frustrating.ANGELA G.

The equipment I rented was changed without notification or confirmation with me. This caused a tremendous issue as we requested a specific piece of equipment for specific purposes. the change in equipment was handled within 2 to 2.5 hours and rectified however the situation should not have happened without my knowledge and consent to begin with.Nicole H.

Reserved online. Location chosen did not have our truck. An agent called an hour and a half prior to our pickup to inform us this but redirected us to a different location. I did not receive a new reservation confirmation number and the store did not have our reservation. It caused a headache, delays. Reserving online was supposed to save all of these problems from happening.Ann H.

I returned a trailer on Friday at 4:58 pm and noticed on Sunday I still hadn't received a receipt so I called Greg's true value spoke to Brenden and was going to look for the trailer. No one called me back. Called again spoke to Brendan and he said the trailer was not there I told him I have a time-stamped picture of the location and returned it to Ann or Annie he knew exactly who I was referring to. So no call back again. I called back to get an answer as to where the trailer was and why it hadn't been checked in. 3 hours out of my day waiting on hold playing this waiting game. Worse experience ever in 24 years of renting won't be returning a trailer back to them.JENNIFER D.
