It was very hard to communicate with the cashier. I could not hear him due to the glass in front of him . The only way to hear him was a hole where you put the money. Very frustrating! But returning the truck was better and easier. I was glad it was over

Victor MI was only able to rent for 5 hours with full price. I assumed that it was at least a 8 hour renta. I rented a home depot van the next day so disappointed with the hours.
Boris DThe person on duty did not know how to check my truck in. Later I was billed for gas, when I actually sat right at his gas station and filled the truck up to the 1/4 line. The paperwork he sent me after I left said it was at 1/8, which is false! I am very upset about being taken advantage of in this way!!
