Jill FayantWhen I finally got a trailer the service was great. My first experience was terrible, they told me on the phone this was the only one in the area, which it wasn’t. When I got to the yard, the the wiring on the trailer wasn’t working and they magically found me another other one closer to my home, not impressed will not go there again!
TERENCE BOWMANThe U-Haul online truck return was torture! I used the U-Haul app for this. It would not accept the pictures that I took of the vehicle. I had to take each picture at least 3-4 times! I almost gave up and just dropped the keys in the box. Was very frustrating after a long hard day of work!

Douglas SemePassenger side rear wheel (rear right of trailer) was below 20 psi. I topped it of to 55 psi (to match the other wheels). It should be checked for a slow leak. I don't think the brakes work.

Edee RumleyThe whole experience was an easy one, no fuss, no muss, truck was exactly what I needed for a pretty small move. The return mirrored the pick-up, in and out just like that. The staff were amiable, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. On an occasion when I really needed things to go well, this U-Haul location set things off superbly. Thanks, it meant something.

JOHN ANDALMy displeasure is not with drop off location. The issue was with UHaul tech. An after hour drop off was extremely difficult. First, through the website I was not able to allow location services despite the instructions. I tried Live Chat but was left hanging for 30 minutes before I gave up. Tried call 1-800 number. Was advised of a mobile app. Tried that. Location services worked there. Took the requisite photos, then the app disappeared. I called the 1-800 number again to speak to a human. After listening to hold music for 20 minutes, the human advised it showed trailer has been returned. The app does not advise you are done. It just closes. In all, it took an hour out of my life to return a trailer. UHaul’s tech side is terrible. The humans I interacted with were excellent.
Dave WhalenI wanted it and planned on having it at 7:00 am. It was never updated.I picked it up after 9:00 am. I was supposed to drop it off at my destination and had to pay 1.09 per kilometre for that option instead of 89.00 per kilometre. I had to return the truck from where I picked it up. I filled it with 50.00 in gasoline. I hope you reimburse mr mastercard.

Leslie KellyFor uhaul to know if they were open or not. Made us rush there as they closed at 4:30 and they were not even open at all that day. So had a contactless experience and didn’t deal with the location.
Jayla SchmidtI was booked at a location in White Rock, BC and the store was closed in the morning when I went to the pick up. I called the customer service and I was booked at a location which was 30 minutes drive from white rock. I had to go in bus to just pick up the vehicle. It was a lot of inconvenience and unprofessional. I was compensated by giving $50 credit, but it is not enough for the loss of time and meeting pick up deadlines.

Ryan MannThe truck was not at this location. I had to drive to a different location on Logan Avenue in Langley, BC to get the truck. Next time when a truck is not at the location on the order. Please send an email or text message notifying the customer of the different location the truck is at.
David NyquistI rented a 10' truck along with a dolly, When I picked up the truck, the dolly was missing. since it was a remote pickup there was nobody that could help me with finding a dolly and so we had to just go ahead with our move without a dolly. It ended up being a much more difficult move than it should have been as a result. The remote pickup is handy but the lack of equipment and inability to get what I needed was a real frustration.
