I was very happy with my customer service guy Kyle but as for the experience renting a truck I am truly dissatisfied!! I had preordered a truck yet when I got to the place someone from Uhaul had switched mE and I ended up with a van which cost me more since I had to make more trips!! I will not recommend Uhaul and I will let my folks know about the bad experience. I think it was totally wrong and I am very dissatified.

The truck was smaller than we actually needed. The truck did not have a ramp, that was a big problem. Having to pay $1.29 per mile was highway robbery.

This whole experience as been extremely stressful and already cost me so much more then it should have. When they called to let me know the truck I had reserved was not available the day before we needed it, it left me with little choose and having a smaller truck caused us to make 2 trips. Although I was told I would have my mileage doubled. As a bonus surprise the smaller truck did not have a ramp so we had to hire help because there was no way we could lift everything into the back without the use of a ramp. Due to the multiple trips there was no time to return the truck before the drop off location closed so we utilized the drop box option since that was the only option left since the drop off location did not even open until past the time needed to turn the tuck in. Then after all that happened I was sent a bill for an additional 74.88 that was already charged on my credit card. For the extra mileage (so maybe the promise of double mileage was a lie) and returning the truck a day late. This is insane how stress full you have made all of this and all of the additional costs we had to pay to get what should of been a simple move done.
