The staff was excellent but the Vehicle was not clean. The truck had paint stains in the seat and middle seat had a small burn hole. Also was told there would be a 2in ball hitch on the back but there was not one. Customer service was Excellent.Charles B.

Well the 2nd locations service was great! My 1st reservation was at a center close to my home. It was closed when I arrived! I called customer service and they directed me to another location further away from from my home. This made me late for the job I had to do. So basically just spent $100 for a half done job! The process to get the rental truck took almost 45 minutes. Then after getting the rental truck the inside was dirty. So the process could be a little faster and the rental a lot more cleaner.Mildred R.
I was rerouted to this location and should have just declined to pick up the truck. This is a seedy motel with unsavory people just sitting around lurking. It was very unsafe and made me nervous, and I don't scare easily. The truck also pulled and the engine light came on and stayed on. I was told the location opened at 8am by Uhaul. I arrived at 8am to find the guy at the desk asleep and he said the "Uhaul rental manager is not in until 8:30 am". I advised that is not what I was told by Uhaul. He did not seem to care and told me to take it up with Uhaul. I had to wait until 8:30 am which put me behind schedule because the traffic after 8:30 am is MUCH worse and I knew the delay would be significant. I called Uhaul to discuss the situation at *:00 am. The first person I spoke with told me to take it up with the guy at the pick up location (WRONG ANSWER). I asked to speak to a manager and the manager took it more serious and did the right thing. At 8:30 I went into the motel where the rental location was once again. I was met by the SAME guy I spoke with at 8:00 am who told me to come back at 8:30 am because the "Uhaul Rental Manager would not be in until 8:30 am. He finally started the rental process. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT???? The guy at 8:00 am and 8:30 are the SAME guy!!! When he checked me out he charged me TWICE for the full coverage insurance. He could not understand that I had already selected full coverage when I book it and it was already in the price he charged me. I had to call a UHaul manager a second time to get the issue with the full coverage insurance fixed. It took the guy at the pick up location 30 minutes to check the truck out. This delay in checking it out cost me DEARLY in time because I spent an additional 45 minutes in traffic because of the delay. Had I know he was not open until 8:30 am, I would have selected a different pick up location. The location does not reflect well on Uhaul.Johnna C.

The mobile pick up was acting slow, I went inside to ask them for assistance and he told me I couldn't pick up because his manager wasn't there, when I told him that I was doing mobile pick up he still insisted I wasn't allowed to get the truck until the morning. This was the worse location of an Uhaul establishment. My driver side store would not close all the way I was driving down in the interstate with my driver door barely hanging on. The inside the uhaul smell horrible and the smell was in my furniture. The guy who gave me rental truck was very rude and was not trying to understand me he was looking at me in a very disrespectful demeanor I felt uncomfortable. Overall experience was horrible I will never use another uhaul establishment nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.Wavelan H.

I reserved a two dolly that was supposed to be 4 miles from my location, after my reservation was taken I had to go 40 miles round-trip to a different location to pick it up. That location took 45 minutes to do the paperwork before I could leave.richard C.
THE PROBLEM IS UHAUL. I OPTED OUT OF THE INSURANCE WHEN I FILLED OUT THE INFORMATION FOR THE ONLINE RESERVATION. THE MANAGER WENT OVER THE MILLAGE AND AMOUNT OF GA. ALSO HE HE ASKED HOW MANY MILES I WAS DRIVING. NOTHING WAS EVER SAID ABOUT THE INSURANCE. I SINGED IT AND LEFT . WHEN I CAME BACK THE BILL WAS OVER 60 DOLLARS. I STARTED LOOKING AT THE BILL AND I FOUND THE PREMIUM INSURANCE CHARGE. I OPTED OUT ONLINE AND STILL GOT CHARGED. UHAUL SEEMS NOT WANT TO BE TO CONCERNED ABOUT EXPLAINING THE INSURANCE HOPING THAT THE CUSTOMER WONT SEE IT. I HAVE NOTICED THIS BEFORE. The clerk really didn't know how to strap down the car on the trailer so he give me a manual. Then I only got about a half mile away from the location where I loaded the trailer before it had a flat tire..I waited one hour and fifteen minutes for road side assistance. Then I was informed that the trail had brake problems. So I had to follow the road side assistance guy to the closest uhaul center. The clerk there sent me to the next closest center 7 mile away. There the service center was very helpful. A 3 1/2 hour trip took 6 hours..Nathaniel W.
