I put more gas than needed and the final invoice I had had 4 gallons surcharge for 22 dollars.

LUIS GThe location was OK, but the truck was missing the gas cap. When I told the attendant, he just said: "it's been reported" - so I drove it with a plastic bag to avoid dirt or rain from coming into the tank Additionally I was forced to make additional stops to partially fill the tank, as filling it to the top may have resulted in gas spilling out at the first turn or bump on the road. I have rented another 15 ft U-Haul truck before and that one had a gas-cap. This truck rode fine and I had no other issues.

ricardo nFloor mats was full of construction debris, dirt everywhere, cargo area was the same, air conditioning not working properly, i rent regularly trucks everywhere first time on this location, i don't understand how do you have ready for rent a truck so dirty with no ac, luckily my move was super quick, i don't imagine moving far away with my family on that condition.

Samantha aThe employees at this location are super nice my issue was that the truck they gave me was broken, dirty, and full of roaches. It broke down 3x. and they were closed and I didn't know who to call to assist me. However, on several occasions, I was helped by ppl in the street and they followed me to drop off the car. I called customer service the following morning and complained and the customer service rep advised they would contact the facility where I rented the truck and advise of the issues and that I would be fully compensated. Now I see an email that I have been sent to collections for an exuberant amount which I will not pay. I struggled with the truck and couldn't accomplish anything.

Maikel Mthe offered truck was disrespectful. I went to the marked uhaul store and they said they didn't have the equipment and told me to go to another address. So I called the company and they told me to pick up a truck from a construction materials warehouse. the truck had broken glass and was covered in cement. Absurd. A total lack of respect!

LUIS THi, la primera cosa que no me pareció fue que cuando le pedí al empleado que me agregara a mi yerno en la reserva como chofer, el señor me dijo que no sería necesario, que siempre que yo estuviera segura de que él era mayor de edad y tenía licencia él podía manejar sin problemas. Le dije que yo lo quería en el seguro y de igual manera me ignoro. Luego le dije que yo manejaría 10 millas y él puso 30 porque si y listo. Es decir, que mis opciones eran las que él decidiera por mí o no me llevaría el camión. Cuando decidí dejar que él lo hiciera todo a su gusto y conveniencia me entrego las llaves. El camión estaba sucio y la gasolina tampoco estaba correcta al 100%, pero bueno, al final con el app de Uhual fue posible corregir estos errores.

There were so many roaches they didn’t even hide when you open the door. I had to pay another person to use their truck. NEVER EVER EVER WOULD I RENT FROM THIS PLACE !!!
