CHAU TThe merchants are nice people however their lot is so cluttered. It’s actually an unsafe location. There’s too much activity going on in the same facility. They’re working on large trucks, small trucks and then as a sidebar they were renting out a large inventory of U-Haul equipment. I will say they have a great inventory. there’s too much equipment for that size location it’s unsafe. As an example, I unfortunately damage the front end of my truck when I picked up the U-Haul trailer several days ago it was such a tight quarters and the the help that was available on that day was an experienced that spotting a driver and I unfortunately damaged the front end of my truck , so it’s gonna cost me over $1000 for the repair not happy

Marla RUpdate the website uhaul open location and availability. I made a reservation before this one, at a different location. That was closed but the uhaul website had it listed as an open location.

Joe SAt this location, I see nothing more that you need to do to achieve complete customer satisfaction. The person that assisted me with my rental went out of her way to be helpful and I must say the weather conditions were most difficult at the time but it did not deter her from assisting me in a timely manner. It is employs such as her that will keep customers coming back. Thank you very much and additional comment around the equipment is the trailer tongue weight is too heavy to lift off the hitch without the assistance of a jack making it impossible for a single individual to drop it off at a location at night unassisted, I recommend the company considers, installing it tongue jacks on the equipment.

tim qPaperwork showed van at pickup was full, which it wasn’t. We only drove 5 miles round trip but it took 7.21 gallons when we filled it. Even at 5 MPG we only used 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon, not 7. We were charged for 10 miles on paperwork but only drive 5. I would recommend this location with the caution that you check the actual fuel setting Before you drive away.
