It's a gas station, no not particularly "inviting" as you approach it, but the two women working there was super friendly and helpful. We did get charged a missing equipment fee for furniture blankets that we'd paid for in our reservation but never received, but that's because of the disorganization of the Brooklyn location where we picked up the truck. After several emails we were able to get a refund so we worked it out.

Kenneth KIt's a gas station with a few UHaul items, so selection was limited. But i gave the location an "above average" rating because the woman who helped me was very nice. No complaints about customer service.

I had an issue with receiving my finalized bill, the customer service professional, at this location, is more than happy to troubleshoot with me, while managing other customers proficiently. Once he assists me locating the estimated bill. I become aware of the 1 800 U Haul, phone number, go home, and call. I reach a call center customer service representative, Maria, after a brief wait. She is able to make sure the finalized bill appears in my email before ending the call. The experience is great! I am very happy to be able to utilize UHaul at this location for all my moving needs. Thank you!
