Have an app that works You texted and said that the equipment I needed was inside the U-Haul and it wasn't.

Sean McKayThe pickup location was a travel agency that does not want anything to do with uhaul. I reserved on line and went to the location. Nothing in uhauls instructions mentioned a lock box. People inside business pointed to the lock box and said I should have a code. Well uhaul didn’t supply me with a code. Spent 1 hour on the phone with uhaul trying to resolve issue. Finally got code and lock box would not open. After messing with it for 10 minutes it finally opened. Put me over a hour behind schedule. Return was painful as well. Required me taking pictures of the vehicle, posting them, with no instructions as to what todo with the truck key. I decided to see if the lock box would open and again fiddling with the door got it open and placed key back into the box, closed the door and spun the tumblers. Very painful process to rent. I would recommend eliminating this location and simply have customers go to a location where you have actual uhaul staff to talk to.

The drop box was not available and required a pin code which the person on the phone said I didn't need but ended up needing a supervisor to fix the issue. The mobile check out process needs to be updated to provide this PIN upon checkout to avoid 20 minutes waiting on the phone for help.
sari WEINSTEINI specifically rented from the location closest to my address. The pick up was not where I rented from. It added extra miles and cost. I went to the location I rented from before realizing it wasn’t there. By the time I got to the address I was 45 minutes late so the reservation was gone. I had to call and get it reset and wait. Very inconvenient. And the increased cost for additional mileage was not appreciated.
