Juan HernandezThe vehicle I reserved was not available. The attendant didn't do anything to try to remedy the situation. He made me wait for an hour before he gave me a much bigger vehicle than the one I needed it. The young lady that took the return tried to CHARGE me for the hour I had to wait in the morning when I picked it up (!!!!). When I asked her for her name, she just refused to identify herself. Extremely disappointed! This is not the first time I use U-Haul, but it's certainly the worst experience yet.

The only incident that was NOT acceptable was that, upon returning the vehicle, the "lady" tried to charge more than what was right. Almost $30 more. I'll be extremely careful next time (if there's a next time, hopefully not).

Back was dirty & rubber mat had rips & tears in it. Making it difficult to move things around in it. I have rented from U Haul for over 50 years! I have never returned anything dirty! I have also never rented one this filthy!! I will think twice before I rent again!! One very disappointed customer!!!

Daryl SpecterThe pre-rental process from UHaul corporate was a disorganized mess. We returned the vehicle early after about 9 hours of use but this location didn't check it in until 24 hours + 4 minutes so we were double charged for an extra day. Only about a 15 hour difference! Get everything in writing, take pictures with time stamps and check your bill very carefully.

Armando HermosilloWas expecting for the rental fees to be lower since I had to travel all the way to Granada hills when I was supposed to pick up rental in Woodland Hills and was told over phone I would see reflection on receipt for a reimbursement for the miles I had to drive. When I was finally charged it said I used 40 miles and was allotted 30 but no one took into consideration that I had to drive from Granada to my new location when I originally set it from Woodland Hills. So I had to pay more fees again

NARENDRA PATELI reserved a utility dolly, which was not available when I showed up. I was given an appliance dolly instead, which was not only unhelpful, but a huge pain in the neck even having in the first place. I was given no other option. It may sound like a small thing, but it materially effected our ability to move quickly. The truck and the rest of the service was totally fine, but I regret not cancelling the reservation when they told me they did not have the dolly we reserved and gone to another vendor.

DOUGLAS OTSIBUMENSAHDidn't have the right size truck, miscommunication with the people telling me I could keep the truck extra days then They told me no and I had to bring it back. Overcharged me on my bill now I have to wait for a refund. Horrible experience and I will not use your services again.
