Always had to contact manager or help line of which they were always helpful. Only time anyone was in the office was when I rented the unit. I noticed a big hole in upper far left corner where the metal was pulled back and the reminence of rat droppings in my boxes besides torn papers. I have not gotten everything unpacked yet, but blankets were pulled through the bags as well.

I called and canceled my unit October 1, 2024, the U-Haul clerk okayed me for the cancellation and said everyone is good. I then asked if they would refund me the charge for the month of October she said no. November comes and I get charged again. I call the customer service number, the rep checks inquires and indeed verifies that I called and cancelled October 1.Uhaul still charges me for November no refund but receive and inquiry that I cancelled November 2nd when I cancelled in October!!!!
Natasha M | Overall ExperienceThe Customer Service Rep seemed annoyed that I was there and was very short when speaking. She arrived to work late and perhaps she wasn't expecting anyone? I was supposed to digitally pick my vehicle up, but was having to upload my ID more times that I had liked so I told the online rep that I would wait for an actual person to do it. When the Customer Service person arrived, she was changing out the garbage and disinfecting her area. I told her that my reservation was for 800 and she told me that it was for 945. I then showed her my reservation and she didn't even look up. She only commented that I would have to return the truck by 900 am the next day, which was fine, it was a 24 hour rental. Return of the truck was much easier, I didn't have to talk to anyone.

Betty SI went to the office around 3pm to check in. The office was closed. There was a phone number to call if doors were locked during open hours. I called & left a message. A lady called back saying she took the rest of the day off & wouldn't remotely let me in until after 6pm. I could not wait that long. She stated she would cancel & I would get a refund for my deposit. An hour later she hadn't canceled so I did & I haven't received my deposit back yet. You might want to hire a new employee.

When i returned same thing waiting outside at 2:00 p.m. in hot weather fot 45 min waiting for someone to do the checkout, i finally did it online. Bad service in this place.

Nikeya RNoah was very responsive and courteous in taking the trailer back. I'm not sure why the Hallmark Mini storage (this is where I have my storage unit) is NOT a location on the online system to drop the trailer for what ever reason; the Uhaul system wants me to drop it somewhere else. I recommend that you add this as a drop off location.
GERARDO MNoah is a very knowledgeable and helpful manager. However the electrical outlets on building B do not work. I made this comment last year back in September 2019 But nothing has been done. Thanks

Terry K | Reservationrandom spikes are through the parking lot could pop a tire....what on earth is that about? Please cover them or put up tall reflectors so people avoid them. These are no joke - 1 inch bolts that are sticking straight up 6 inches. May be they aren't on the Uhaul property but the driveway to Uhaul isn't clearly marked and hidden driveway from the street- you can't tell where to turn in and the lot that is before the building has bolts sticking up randomly throughout.
Christine Whave the truck available when you say you will have it available. Not only was I not able to get my truck at 7 am as promised, the location didn't even open on time. I waited 2 and a half hours in 99 degree weather waiting for the office to open so i could get my truck. And then the agent re inputted all the info I had already provided online. Why did I put the info in online if agent was just going to re-input? Worst service ever.

Aaron FI don't plan on ever recommending anyone use Uhual. The entire experience has been a nightmare. The truck they had reserved for us didn't have a working light hookup for a trailer. So they gave me another truck (which means I lost over six hours of packing time because I had to run around and go to a different location and wait for them) to use which was even worse. The brakes were barely functional, and it was low on oil and power steering fluid.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsWe called to see where to drop off the uhaul at, they told us to go off of Texas Express, went there to drop it off, the guy at the counter told us that they dont dondrop off, we drive over to their location and there was a big sign on the door stating that they were closed for two whole days without letting us know, so now they want to charge us an extra $20 for mileage that clearly wasnt our fault...we will NEVER use this location again.
brittnay wLocation had local internet failure and couldn't rent me the equipment. The area manager was supposed to notify me of this but did not. Since I was up against a deadline the local agent assisted me with the rental over a phone line with the uhaul manager. While at first a misfire, it turned out great because of the local agent. Also the equipment was absolutely perfect. Trailered well, all lights worked the entire trip and exceeded expectations.
